Just take a moment to find your space,
To get comfortable.
You may want to sit or lie down.
Maybe you want a blanket,
Whatever feels right for you.
And as you come into this space,
I want you to connect with your breath.
Breathing in through the nose,
And breathing out through the mouth.
And continue that breath for at least three breaths.
With every out breath,
Notice how your body starts to relax more and more,
Becoming heavier and heavier.
You start to become aware of a beautiful white light.
And as you stare at this beautiful white light,
You become aware of how peaceful it is,
How calming it feels,
How beautiful it feels.
And the light starts to move and dance,
Coming closer and closer to you,
Swirling around you.
And then it starts to enter through your crown chakra at the top of your head.
And this energy starts to flow down through your head,
Connecting to your third eye.
And you feel this sense of deep clearing as it connects and moves,
And dances and flows.
And it continues to flow down and swirl through the throat chakra,
Clearing and eliminating all that you no longer need.
And as this happiness starts to flow down through your head,
You notice your body relaxing more and more.
You notice your shoulders dropping.
You notice your body becoming heavier and heavier.
As this energy continues to flow and dance,
Flowing down through your arms and out through your head,
Your arms and out through your fingertips,
Releasing all that you've been holding on to,
All that you may be struggling to let go of.
And the energy continues to flow,
To move down through your chest into your heart space,
From the top of your back,
Your shoulder blades relaxing and releasing any tension,
Your chest becoming lighter and lighter,
Feeling this space opening more and more,
Feeling this energy continuing to flow,
Flowing down into your torso,
Through your spine,
Feeling these waves of release down your spine,
Releasing the tension that you've been holding,
Noticing that through your torso,
The muscles relax more and more,
Feeling this space opening and releasing,
And the energy flows into your hips and you feel this huge release within your hip area.
All that tension,
All that tension that you've been holding on to from carrying all these emotions,
All the stress,
Feeling it all melting away now,
And this energy flowing down through your legs,
Moving any energy that has been held here that is holding you back and stopping you from moving.
Feeling this energy flowing down through your feet and out into the ground,
Releasing and anchoring you,
And as it flows down into the ground,
You notice that you are barefoot,
Standing on grass,
Feeling those blades of grass in between your toes,
Feeling a slight coolness to the grass,
Yet also feeling a warmth all around you as the wind blows against your skin.
You become very aware of your surroundings,
And you feel the breeze and you become aware of your surroundings,
That you are standing on a path,
And that there are beautiful big trees all around you.
The grass is high on either side,
Flowers blooming all around.
You become aware of the sounds flowing around you,
The rustling of the leaves,
The birds singing in the trees.
You walk over to a flower,
And you can smell its beautiful scent,
Then you start to notice a tunnel coming out the corner of your eye,
And you feel drawn to walk towards the tunnel.
It calls to you,
And as you start to walk down the path towards the tunnel,
You become aware of an animal standing to your side.
Just take note of what animal appears to you right now.
Allow this animal to guide you,
To show you the path forwards.
The closer you get to this tunnel,
The brighter it becomes.
You notice a light shining through from the other side.
And now you're right by this opening,
And you feel the walls,
This cold stone,
Water running down,
Feeling and seeing and hearing that trickling of water flowing,
Noticing a warmth and everything.
Seeing a warmth and a beautiful aroma flowing towards you.
And this light that shines through is so inviting,
And you know that this is the next step to meet your spirit guide.
Walk through that tunnel into the light,
And as you walk through,
Notice how you feel.
Become aware of any colors you may see,
Any other animals that may appear,
Any feelings or sensations that arise.
As you emerge through the other side,
It feels like you've walked into a new world,
The light that you feel all around you,
The colors that you see.
They all seem so different,
Brighter,
More intense,
Feels so beautiful and peaceful and tranquil and serene,
Yet such a beautiful warmth and enjoyment and joy that comes through.
And as you emerge through the light,
And as your eyes adjust to this beautiful world,
You become aware of a bridge in front of you,
This beautiful bridge made out of glass.
You can feel the vibration of energy and spirit all around you as you step closer to this beautiful bridge.
You start to walk across the bridge as you can see something on the other side that you can't quite make out.
And as you start to walk across the bridge,
You feel this pull pulling you across,
Knowing that this is where you are supposed to be.
And as you cross the bridge and step across,
You can step off the other side.
You see a being standing in front of you.
Just allow them to appear,
Allow the focus to come in.
Become aware of what they may look like,
What color hair they have,
How tall they may be.
Notice the feeling that you get when you connect with your spirit guide.
Allow them to show themselves in a way that they need to.
Don't try and force anything in this space,
Just allow it to appear as it needs to be.
You may notice the clothes that they wear,
The shoes they have on,
If any,
Or maybe you're seeing more animals.
You must trust that what you see is perfect for you.
And you notice a bench nearby,
And your guide asks you to come sit on the bench so they can share some wisdom and messages to you.
Take some time with your guide to sit and listen.
But you can also ask questions.
You can ask them their name,
You can ask them why they have come to you today,
You can ask them what they will support you with,
You can ask them for a message.
Just take some time to sit with them.
Again,
Not forcing anything,
Just being present and enjoying being in their energy,
In their vibration,
Their frequency,
And allow yourself to just be.
