Welcome to this meditation to calm the mind,
To find a space of balance.
Just find a comfortable space.
A space where you won't be disturbed.
A space where you feel you can fully relax.
You may wish to lie down or sit up.
Connecting with your breath.
Breathing in through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
And again breathing in.
Breathing out.
One more.
And one more.
Finding your body becoming heavier and heavier as it begins to relax.
Noticing your heartbeat slowing more and more.
Coming into this place of deep relaxation.
A place of calm.
A place of peace.
A place of serenity.
A place that is always inside you.
A place that is always inside you.
A place that is always inside you.
And you feel your body becoming heavier and heavier.
You feel your muscles relaxing more and more.
You become aware of the muscles within your face,
Around your eyes.
As the tension is released around your jaw and your mouth.
Around your eyebrows,
Your ears.
Just relaxing and letting go.
As you surrender into this space that you have created for yourself now.
Noticing your breath becoming slower.
More relaxed.
Becoming at ease with where you are now.
And with every breath that you take.
You notice your mind becoming quieter and quieter.
You notice space between your thoughts.
You notice how your thoughts are floating by.
You notice how you are separating yourself from those thoughts.
Aware that you are not defined by those thoughts like you once thought you were.
They are not who you are.
They do not define you.
Just keep allowing them to float on by.
You notice them move faster than others.
Just like the clouds in the sky.
You may notice them are slower to move through.
You may even notice yourself becoming attached to a thought.
And that's okay.
Just allow it to be as you connect back with your breath.
Back with your being.
Asking the thought for arising and giving it permission to continue on its path.
Stating,
I am not this thought.
This thought does not define me.
This thought does not become me.
I am the witness.
The observer.
And with every breath that you take,
The thoughts continue to pass.
The space between them grows.
You feel your mind settling deeper and deeper.
As you become quieter and quieter within.
As you come into this space of beauty that you hold within yourself.
A space that is unique to you.
Your breath continues to carry the energy and flow of life force through your body.
And with every breath that you take in,
That energy pushes anything in your body that does not serve you through your energetic system.
So it can pass out through your system.
Out into the ground.
So it can be exchanged.
It can be transformed and transmuted into a new energy.
With every breath that you take.
And exhale that old energy.
You start to notice flowers appearing in the grass around you.
Becoming aware of the colours.
The types of flowers.
The smells and sensations that you feel.
Every breath bringing in new energy.
Every exhale bringing forth something new.
And every breath that you take you see the field growing and growing in flowers.
Spreading far and wide.
Knowing that every flower that appears and arises.
Is all from your energy.
All from what you no longer needed.
You have given the earth a gift.
The gift of energy.
Of transformation.
Of change.
This is your power.
This is your strength.
And this is always with you.
You feel the rays of the sun shining down on your face.
You feel the warmth.
Flowing through your body.
The energy of the sun brings creation.
It brings new energy.
It brings transformation and creativity.
Allow this energy to fill your body.
To flow through you.
The warmth will burn away all that is no longer needed.
It will allow you to transform.
It will allow you to shift into a new paradigm.
It is time to claim back your power and your truth.
Claim back your mind.
Claim back your body.
Claim back your spirit.
And as you claim those three things.
You unlock your soul.
Your truth.
Your highest being.
Your highest consciousness.
This is your truth.
This is your power.
Allow it to come forth and shine brightly for the world to see.
And as you begin to connect back with your breath.
You bring back all this new energy.
All this calm peace.
Serenity.
Truth.
Call it back into your body.
Into your being with every breath that you take.
As you connect back into the physical body.
And let this new energy expand and amplify through your being.
Out past your being.
Surrounding you in this beautiful serene energy.
Connecting back with your breath again.
Breathing in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
And again in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
One more in through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
And just begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Maybe roll your shoulders.
And when you're ready.
Blink your eyes back open coming back into the room into the space of who you are.
