I slow down and imagine unhooking myself from everything that is outside of me,
From people,
From places,
From things,
From memories.
I unhook myself and I bring the energy back to me right here in this present moment.
I bring myself into my body more and into this moment now.
I am whole.
I am here right now in this moment.
I am at peace.
I connect to a source of peace,
A beautiful universal energy that radiates joy and love,
Compassion and grace.
I feel myself connecting into this amazing,
Powerful,
Beautiful source of peace.
And as I breathe in,
I breathe in peace.
And as I breathe out,
I breathe out anything in me that is not peace.
I take a breath and I let go.
I breathe in peace I breathe in peace and I breathe out anything in me that is not peace.
I breathe in peace.

I connect into a source of peace when I feel angry or irritable,
When I feel short of temper or with low tolerance.

And I breathe in peace and I breathe out everything in me that is not peace.
I let the tension and stress leave me.
I relax and then my mind clears.
