Let the energies come in and surround you with love,

The part of you that needs this love the most.
So taking some time to breathe in,

Now visualizing a hamster on a wheel and the speed of the hamster is the speed of your thoughts.
Tell the hamster he's doing a great job but it's time to slow down and see the wheel slowing down and the hamster slowing down and the speed of your thoughts are also slowing down.
I'm breathing and connecting into your heart now and tell your heart that it's doing a great job for you.
It's time now to slow down and breathe.
I'm bringing your awareness deeper down into your stomach.
I'm breathing in and out,

Feeling your feet flat on the ground,
Bringing your awareness down through your hips,
