Take your time to settle in and bring your focus and awareness into your breathing and your breath.

Breathing in and settling down and coming more into the moment.

Breathing out and letting go of tension,

Stress and anxiety.

Don't worry about doing it right or doing it wrong or will it work or won't it work.

Just relax and allow yourself to open to healing.

Let the energies come in and surround you with love,

With light,

With their presence,

With their beauty and allow a connection inside of you to open up to the aspect of you,

The part of you that needs this love the most.

So taking some time to breathe in,

Slowing down and breathing out.

Breathing in,

Slowing down and breathing out.

Now visualizing a hamster on a wheel and the speed of the hamster is the speed of your thoughts.

Tell the hamster he's doing a great job but it's time to slow down and see the wheel slowing down and the hamster slowing down and the speed of your thoughts are also slowing down.

I'm breathing and connecting into your heart now and tell your heart that it's doing a great job for you.

It's time now to slow down and breathe.

I'm bringing your awareness deeper down into your stomach.

I'm breathing in and out,

Settling the stomach and telling yourself you are safe.

Feeling your feet flat on the ground,

Bringing your awareness down through your hips,

Down your legs and the front of your legs into your ankles and your feet and feeling that connection of your feet flat on the ground and say after me,

I am here.

I am safe.

I am here.

I am safe.

One more time to yourself,

I am here.

I am safe.

Everything slowing down now and bringing you more and more into the present moment.

Now ask yourself,

Do I have my permission to receive pure unconditional love today?

Let's clear anything in the way of that right now.

Breathing into any parts of you that feel tight or anxious or worried and breathing out and imagining that they're opening like a flower,

They're softening and they're releasing.

And now say after me,

I give myself permission to receive the energy of unconditional love.

And again,

Allowing yourself to release anything in the way of that.

Breathing in,

Relaxing,

Opening and breathing out.
