Sit or lay down comfortably.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Press your jaw and smile gently so you can feel your eyebrows relaxing and releasing all of your worries of the day.
You are here now.
Feel your body in the present moment.
Nothing behind you,
Nothing in front of you.
Imagine yourself holding a diary with your name on it and go through the pages until you reach the present day.
There,
On that page,
Write down the day,
The month,
The year,
The phase of the moon,
The day of the week,
Any special or meaningful events like a birthday,
An anniversary,
A milestone and choose three words to describe your day.
Observe where in the page you have written the information.
On the edges?
In the center?
On the bottom?
All over the page?
Is there any space left for you to write something else?
What color or colors did you use?
How is your handwriting?
What are the sizes of the words?
Is any of them bigger or wider than the others?
If so,
Which word is it?
Look at the three words altogether.
How do they relate to each other?
Are they close?
Are they far?
Are they on top of each other?
In the same place?
Observe closer the first word that pops up.
The bigger or wider the word is,
The more important it is for you at this moment.
So let's work with that.
If none of the words stands out,
Just choose one.
Observe its color,
The material it is written with and the font.
What does that mean to you?
If you're struggling to understand anything,
Focus on how you feel with the color,
The material and the font.
Is it comfortable?
Harmonious?
Rough?
Edgy?
Smooth?
Is the word fading or shining?
Growing?
Shrinking?
Now observe the meaning of that word and classify it.
Is it a thought or is it an emotion?
Is it attached to a specific situation,
Person or relationship?
How does that situation,
Person or relationship make you feel?
What does that situation,
Person or relationship make you think?
Make it simple,
Don't overthink it.
Go with the first thing that comes to your mind.
This is what you need to know right now.
Trust that your higher self has your back and knows what's best for you.
Pick another one of your words and look again for the color,
The material and the font.
And again,
Focus on how you feel,
How you feel about the color,
How you feel about the material it is written with and how you feel about the font.
Is the word doing anything?
Observe too the meaning of this word and classify it.
Is it a thought or is it an emotion?
Is it attached to a specific situation,
Person or relationship?
If so,
How does that make you feel?
What does that make you think?
Take your time and take a mental note of everything that comes to you.
Don't overthink it.
Just let it come to you.
Finally look at the third word and do the same exercise.
What color?
What material?
What font?
Is it comfortable?
Is it rough or edgy?
Is the word fading or is it glowing?
Is it a thought or is it an emotion?
Is it attached to a specific situation,
Person or relationship?
How does that make you feel?
What does that make you think?
Observe now how are the words relating to each other.
Do you see or feel any difference from the beginning?
Remember that emotions and thoughts are only that.
Emotions and thoughts.
They do not define who you are.
They are just a part of you as are your arms,
Your legs,
Your clothes,
Your job.
And you are so much more than the sum of all these parts.
You are a beautiful and whole human being.
With golden ink,
Write the words The End on the bottom of your page and close the diary.
For today,
You have brought these thoughts and emotions to your consciousness and it's now time to let them go.
Put a rooted rose outside your aura and put the diary inside of it.
Then explode the rose and let the ashes fall into the ground to be transmuted in love and peace.
Imagine a golden sun entering on the top of your head and going through all your body,
All your cells,
All your tissues,
All your organs.
Let it shine from the inside out.
If you feel you need,
You can put your hands on the floor to release the excess of this energy.
And slowly bring your attention back to your body.
And when you feel it's right,
You can open your eyes.
You can write or draw any insights you had during this meditation.
Also write a brief description for each of the three words you have chosen.
At the end of each description,
Write a sentence,
I release you from all your attachments and I let you go.
You have no space to bring something new to your day.
Feel free to share with whomever what you have seen and felt.
