Such a special time during the moon cycle: the Full Moon, illuminating everything around and inside of us. During this meditation, you will be guided to scan every part of your body looking for shadows or cloudy spots that need to be brought to your consciousness, so you can heal, let go, and follow your own path.

The full moon is here,

Such a special time during the moon cycle,

A time when we celebrate,

A time when we manifest,

A time where we are asked to illuminate everything that has been hiding in the darkness and maybe that it has been preventing us from moving forward.

With the bright light coming from the moon,

We are able to look inside ourselves and look for any shadows,

Any clouds,

Any kind of attachments that we need to let go.

Sometimes all it takes is to forgive those shadows,

Those clouds,

Those attachments.

Maybe it is the lack of forgiveness that it has been holding us back.

So go ahead and start by finding a quiet place where you know you cannot be disturbed for a while.

You can choose to light up a candle or you can choose just to sit or lay down comfortably.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Gently smile to relax your jaw and your eyebrows.

Feel the air coming into your body through your nose and follow the path it takes inside,

All the way to your root chakra.

And then feel the air going up and out while exhaling through your mouth.

Do this for a few times as you start feeling relaxed and connected with yourself.

Concentrate on your mind's eye,

Your third eye chakra.

Imagine yourself inside of it and imagine your third eye chakra to be a lighthouse with its lights going around.

In that lighthouse,

However,

You have the power to direct the light to any place you want.

You'll use that ability to illuminate the inside of your body.

As you were looking down from the lighthouse tower.

Take a few more deep breaths and have in mind you are looking for tensions in your body.

You can start by illuminating your toes and feet.

The insides of your toes and feet.

Inside the muscles.

Inside all the tissues.

Going all the way to your cells.

What do you see?

What do you feel while the light scatters that part of your body?

Do you feel any tension?

Any tension there holding you back from walking?

Or preventing you from moving?

Are there any dark or cloudy spots?

If so,

Just let the light illuminate them brighter until those tensions disappear.

Take a few deep breaths until you feel you can walk without any attachments.

Any attachments to your feet.

Any attachments to your toes.

Now,

Move the light up to your legs and knees.

The insides of your legs and knees.

What do you see?

What do you feel while the light scatters that part of your body?

Is there any tension around?

Preventing you from standing on your feet?

Do you feel secure to walk?

Or do you need any walking aids?

Are your knees stiff or flexible?

Are there any dark or cloudy spots?

If so,

Just let the light illuminate them brighter until those tensions disappear.

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,

Until you feel secure to stand for yourself without any aids.

It's now time to illuminate your hips and pelvis.

What do you see?

What do you feel while the light scatters those parts of your body?

Do you feel any tensions?

Preventing you from experiencing your sexuality?

Do you feel your hips are opened and closed?

Imagine yourself moving your hips around like at figure 8 and think about how you feel about freedom to express yourself.

Are there any dark or cloudy spots?

In your hips or in your pelvis?

If so,

Just let the light illuminate them brighter until those tensions disappear.

Take a few deep breaths,

Until you feel you can move your hips according to who you know you are.

Moving the light up,

Illuminate your stomach area,

Your solar plexus.

What do you see there?

What do you feel while the light scatters that part of your body?

Is there any tension,

Preventing you from shining your own light around?

Do you see any windows?

Are they closed?

Open?

Do they have curtains?

Do you see walls or gates or doors?

Look for any dark or cloudy spots.

If you find them,

Let the light illuminate them brighter until those tensions disappear.

Take a few deep breaths,

Until you feel you can spread your own light without any gates or walls separating you from the rest of the world.

And if you have windows there,

Let them be open.

It's time to illuminate your chest and heart center now.

What do you see there?

What do you feel while the light scatters that part of your body?

Do you feel any tension there,

Preventing you from reaching out to other people?

Can you see any bridges or rainbows?

Are there any broken elements like a vase or a mirror?

Are you holding on to any broken objects?

If so,

What is it and what does that mean to you?

Take a few deep breaths until you feel you have mended all broken things and replace them with new ones.

Let the mended broken ones disappear with the light as well.

They are no longer of use to you.

Place the light now on your throat,

Neck,

Mouth and ears.

Also illuminate your arms and hands.

Your arms and hands are an extension of your throat and you use them to hold things in your life,

To take things from others and to give things to others.

What do you see there?

What do you feel while the light scatters those parts of your body?

Is there any tension preventing you from opening your arms?

Or from speaking your truth?

Or from hearing your inner voice?

Are you able to find a clear pathway for your inner voice to reach the other world?

Or are there any obstacles or any kind of detours?

Do you see any dark or cloudy spots?

Let the light illuminate them brighter until they disappear.

Take a few deep breaths until you feel you have a clear,

Detour-free pathway for your inner voice to express itself,

From the moment you hear it until the moment you share with other people.

The light of the lighthouse is now illuminating your head.

And what do you see?

What do you feel while the light scatters that part of your body?

Do you feel there any tension preventing you from connecting with your higher self,

The divine,

The universe?

Are you able to illuminate yourself inside the lighthouse?

What can you see when you look up?

Can you see the stars?

Or just the lighthouse rooftop?

Look for any dark or cloudy spots.

If you find any,

Let the light illuminate them brighter until they disappear.

Until those tensions disappear.

Take a few deep breaths until you feel you can see beyond the lighthouse rooftop.

And if you can even feel you are one with the universe and that everything and everyone is one with the lighthouse,

Then you are a part of the lighthouse.

It's now time to let the light pour down from the top of your head to your throat,

Your chest,

Your stomach,

Your pelvis,

Your legs and your feet.

That light is full of forgiveness and washes away all tensions,

Allowing your body to feel regenerated and new.

Stay there for a while,

Feeling that light evolving you.

Let everything be forgiven.

Let everything be illuminated.

Let everything be full of love.

Slowly,

Very slowly,

At your own rhythm,

Bring your attention back to your body.

You can start by wiggling your toes and your feet and then your legs,

Your hands,

Your arms,

Your chest and your head.

When you feel it's right,

You can open your eyes.

You can finish this meditation by writing or drawing any insight you have during this time.

You can then blow out the candle and feel grateful for having this moment to yourself.
