And I invite you when you're ready to close your eyes.
Taking a deep inhale in,
Feeling your body,
And just sighing it out.
Ah.
Feeling just the beautiful expansion and openness in your body right now.
Noticing just how that feels.
I invite you to bring your hands to your heart space.
And just bring your awareness to the beating of your heart.
Feeling your heart beating upon your hands,
Feeling the energy and the life force here.
Taking a deep inhale in,
Feeling your body and the energy and the teleth Arch flights.
I'm starting to take a few rounds of conscious breaths to your heart.
So as you inhale in,
You can just imagine at the heart that your breath is traveling to your heart space.
So starting to feel your breath and your heartbeat merging together.
Bringing your awareness to your heart and noticing all sides of your multi-dimensional heart.
Noticing the front side of your heart,
The top of your heart,
The bottom of your heart and the back of your heart.
We often forget the backside of our heart,
Bringing our awareness to just this multi-dimensional being that is just giving us life in every single moment.
Now imagine that you're inside your heart and just start to explore what the inside of your heart is like.
If you don't really see anything,
Just feeling into it.
Being inside of this powerful organ in our bodies,
Just noticing how it is just doing its thing.
Take some time to just explore being inside of your heart.
Starting to just keep breathing.
And now as you're exploring inside of your heart,
You see off in the distance that someone is waving at you,
There's someone in your heart with you and you start to inch closer and you see that it's you as a little girl and she's so excited to see you.
As you get closer,
She's just smiling,
She grabs your hand and she pulls you to start playing with her.
Imagine yourself right now just playing with your inner child,
Your little girl,
She throws her arms around you.
She's just so excited to see you.
Maybe you're playing with her by the ocean or maybe you are outside by a playground.
Maybe you're in your childhood house.
Just take this time to just be with her.
Seeing her excitement just lights you up,
Her playfulness,
Her curiosity,
Her innocence.
So much joy in this moment reconnecting with her.
She takes you to a bench that's nearby and the two of you sit down and she tells you that she's so proud of you.
She can't believe the woman you've become.
Listen,
As she starts to tell you all of the things that she is just so proud of you for,
All of the things that she is just so excited about for you.
What is she telling you?
What is she celebrating about you?
You thank her for all of her love and you give her a giant hug.
Again,
If you didn't perceive any tangible words just focusing on the way that she makes you feel,
Just being in her presence,
How does that make you feel?
What sensations does that bring up for you?
Giving her a giant hug and thanking her and now ask her,
What do I need to release or let go of in order for you to shine your light through me?
Ask her if she has any advice for how you can release or let go of this thing.
Maybe you ask her what qualities of your childlike innocence,
What qualities of your inner child have you forgotten?
And how can you bring that back into your life now?
Remembering to breathe.
If you have any other questions to ask your inner child,
Go ahead and ask her now.
Now just thank her,
Give her another big hug.
Feel her love,
Feel the gratitude deep within your heart.
She tells you to remember that she's always here.
She's always with you.
She's always available to help you along your path.
You just need to remember to tap back into your heart.
You start to say goodbye to her.
You know now how to see her,
You know how to communicate with her so you know that it's not going to be goodbye for too long but you say goodbye for now.
And start bringing your awareness again to your heartbeat.
Bringing a smile to your face.
Understanding that you created this connection within yourself.
You have the power to always tune in and receive the guidance and the wisdom that you need.
Start to take some deep breaths,
Coming back into your body again.
Noticing yourself sitting in your space.
When you're ready you can open your eyes.
