Taking a moment before we get started to simply just arrive to your seat,
Letting go of anything that you might have been doing,
Any stories that might have been preoccupying your mind before this moment,
Just letting them go.
Giving yourself the space and this time right now to come back home to yourself.
Closing your eyes when you feel ready,
Resting your hands in your lap,
Spine straight,
Shoulders down,
Belly soft,
And starting to become conscious of your breath.
Breathing in,
Noticing that you're breathing in and sighing it out audibly through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in and an audible sigh out.
Giving yourself the space right now,
Just focusing on your breath,
Watching it in and out,
Feeling the weight of your body rooting down to the earth where your seat makes contact to the floor,
Mat,
Bed,
Whatever you're sitting on,
Feeling how you're just so supported.
And start doing a slow body scan from the top of your head.
Down to your face,
Just noticing what sensations arise,
What is present right now.
What are you holding on to?
Where are you holding on to it?
Seeing if you can soften as you bring your awareness to your neck and your shoulders,
Breathing into any tightness in your back and your chest,
Giving yourself permission in this moment to soften and to feel even heavier in your body,
Feeling even more weight being pushed and pulled through the earth as you start to release and let go of any tension that you're holding on to in your body.
Continuing to scan down the front and back of your belly,
Really softening the belly here,
Allowing any sounds that want to come out,
Any sighs,
Any cracks,
Any sensations that want to be released,
Allowing them,
Not judging them.
Scanning down to your hips,
Your legs,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your feet,
And your toes.
Imagine anything that you're holding on to leaving your body at the base of your spine,
Traveling down into the earth,
Deep into the heart of mamagaya.
And now notice how your body feels.
Notice any lightness.
And now start to imagine a beautiful crystal ball of light right above your crown chakra,
Right above your head.
It's a warm,
White,
Yellow light.
And as it glows and as it grows,
It is emanating and sending frequencies of light and love through the crown of your head.
And it's pouring down into your body,
Moving into every single cell.
Every time you inhale,
You breathe in more of this light into your body.
You feel that it increases your energy.
You feel a lightness within every single cell.
You feel space.
Continuing to inhale this light energy in.
And every time you exhale,
It just swirls and becomes more and more integrated and a part of you.
Notice now if there are any messages,
Any guidance,
Any clarity that wants to come through.
No need to force it.
Just simply be with whatever is.
If you've received any messages,
Insider clarity,
Giving thanks to your guides,
To the universe,
To your intuition,
Your heart and your highest self for providing you with the wisdom that you were meant to know at this time.
If you didn't perceive any tangible message,
Giving thanks to yourself for allowing yourself the space and time to come back into your body,
Back into your heart,
Giving thanks to your guides,
To the universe,
To source for their guidance,
Whether it is seen or unseen.
Starting to come back into your body,
Noticing yourself in the space that you're in.
Bringing awareness back to your fingers and your toes,
Wiggling them gently.
Taking a moment to sway your body or move your body in any way that feels good to you right now.
Perhaps some gentle hip circles,
Perhaps just some spine rolls or some gentle movements in your shoulders.
Maybe your head wants to move around from side to side.
Just allowing yourself a little bit of movement while your eyes are still closed and you're still in the frequency of this light.
Taking time to integrate everything that this meditation brought you into your body,
Into your nervous system,
Into your heart and anchoring it all in.
You can start to slow your movements down,
Finding your balance and your alignments,
Noticing the connection to the earth.
And when you feel ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
