Hello and welcome to this white light protection meditation.

My name is Alia and I'm so grateful that you're here.

Let's begin by getting yourself nice and comfortable in your seat.

Making any movements that you need to make.

Making sure that you have a nice tall spine.

Feeling a lengthening from the base of your tailbone all the way to the crown of your head.

Dropping your shoulders gently down your back.

And when you feel ready and comfortable,

Gently beginning to close your eyes.

Let's begin with taking a few deep breaths on your own pace.

Deep inhales in through your nose.

Filling up your belly.

Filling up your chest.

Nice soft exhales through your mouth.

Feeling your body grounding down,

Getting heavier into the earth.

Continuing that cycle deep slow inhales in.

And soft easy exhales out.

Using your breath as an anchor to guide you back into this present moment.

A few more rounds.

Deep inhales in.

Gentle soft exhales out.

Feeling your body getting heavier in your seat.

Allowing yourself to pour your weight even more into your sit bones.

Feeling how you're held and supported by the earth beneath you.

And after your last exhale,

Returning your breath to its natural rhythm.

Feeling yourself grounding in.

Feeling yourself grounding in.

On your next inhale,

Visualize pure white light being drawn down into your body through the crown of your head.

And as you exhale,

Visualize this light filling up your entire body.

Starting at the crown of your head,

Moving down your torso all the way through each of your toes.

Repeating this cycle on your own rhythm.

Repeating this cycle on your own rhythm.

Inhaling in,

Drawing in pure white light through the crown of your head.

Exhaling to circulate this energy through your entire body.

Filling up every single crevice,

Every single cell.

Imagine that this white light is pouring down from the heavens directly into your crown chakra.

And filling up your body with renewed sense of light and energy.

Inhaling to draw in this pure cleansing white light.

Exhaling to circulate it through your body.

Now begin to sense or feel the light expanding outwards from your solar plexus,

Right above your belly button.

This light expands out pushing away any negative energy as it grows.

Continue to visualize this light expanding out from your solar plexus and expanding into an egg-shaped field that extends about a meter all around you.

Feel yourself encapsulated in this white protective light.

Notice and feel yourself sitting here in this safe protective bubble.

Hold this vision and feeling of being wrapped around this pure white light for a few moments in silence.

If your mind begins to wander,

Bringing your attention back to your breath.

Only positive energies of light and love can enter your space and penetrate this protective barrier.

And now letting your attention soften and repeating the following affirmations with feeling either out loud or in your mind.

I am a being of light and love.

I am filled with love,

Peace,

And gratitude.

I love myself deeply and I celebrate my path.

I am safe to be fully me.

Taking a long slow deep inhale in through your nose and letting out a sigh letting it go.

Again,

Long slow deep inhale in.

Opening your mouth letting out a sigh.

Beginning to bring your awareness to the space that you're in.

Noticing the sounds around you.

And beginning to bring some gentle movement to your fingers and your toes.

And when you feel ready,

Very slowly opening your eyes.

Opening your eyes.
