Welcome to this Morning Manifest Meditation.
Today we'll focus on hope,
Clarity and the visionary energy needed to set meaningful intentions for the week ahead.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seat or lie down,
Allowing your body to settle into stillness.
Gently close your eyes if you feel comfortable and start to tune your awareness inwards.
Begin by noticing your breath,
Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale fully out the mouth.
With each inhalation,
Invite fresh energy into your body and mind.
With every exhalation,
Begin to let go of any tension or heaviness.
Allow your breath to guide you into this present moment.
As you breathe,
Feel your connection to the earth,
Feel its stability,
Its stillness.
And with this sense of stability,
Bring your awareness to your heart space.
Here we plant the seeds of our intentions.
Picture yourself standing in an open field.
The air around you feels light and expansive,
Inviting you to dream without limits.
In this space of possibility,
Allow a sense of hope to rise within you.
What does hope feel like in your body?
Is it warm,
A soft glow,
A steady pulse of energy?
Where in your body do you feel this hope?
Now as you connect with this feeling,
Ask yourself,
What do I desire this week?
It can be an emotion,
A goal,
An action.
What do I desire this week?
Let it come to you from your heart space.
Now visualize yourself taking steps towards this vision.
What will bring me closer to alignment with my truest self?
Trust your inner wisdom as you sit with this vision.
Picture yourself in this vision as if you have already achieved what you seek.
Sit with it,
Feel it,
Breathe into it.
Now from this clarity,
Repeat either by whispering or silently speaking in your mind,
I embrace growth and opportunity.
I am open to abundance.
I honor my truth and take aligned action.
Allow these intentions to settle into your heart.
Imagine them radiating outwards,
Filling your entire being with purpose and determination.
Now softly begin to guide your awareness back to your breath.
Notice its rhythm,
Steady and calm.
Feel the support of the earth beneath you and the expansive energy within you.
Now take a moment to reflect.
How can you take one small meaningful step towards your intention today?
