Welcome,
Sweet beloved.
I am so grateful you are here.
For the next 20 to 30 minutes or so,
We will be practicing yoga nidra.
In conjunction with Rahani Celestial Healing.
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position lying on your back.
Allow your legs to rest naturally.
Let your arms rest comfortably beside your body.
Palms facing upward if that feels comfortable for you.
If you'd like a blanket.
A pillow beneath your knees,
Or any support that helps your body feel completely at ease.
Take this time to make yourself comfortable.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Nothing that you need to accomplish.
And nothing that you need to fix.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of effortless awareness.
A practice of allowing.
A practice of remembering that beneath every thought There is already peace.
Take a slow breath in.
And gently breathe out.
Again,
Breathing in and out.
And breathing out.
One more nourishing breath.
Allowing the exhale to soften your entire body.
Before we begin our journey inward.
I'd like to invite you into the gentle presence of Rouhani.
Rahani is often described as a frequency of unconditional love,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
And peace.
If you resonate with the idea of energy,
Imagine yourself receiving this gentle celestial light.
If not.
.
.
Simply allow it to become a beautiful visualization of kindness and loving awareness.
There is nothing you need to believe.
And nothing that you need to do.
This is an invitation to simply receive.
Imagine a soft,
Celestial pink-violet light surrounding you now.
Gentle.
Peaceful.
Unconditionally loving.
As though the universe itself were quietly whispering.
You are safe.
You are loved.
You may rest now.
Now bring your awareness to your heart.
Without forcing anything.
Allow a simple intention to arise or your son Kalpa.
Perhaps.
It might be,
May I receive love.
May I remember my wholeness.
May I soften into compassion.
Or perhaps another intention or sankalpa naturally appears.
Whatever arises,
Trust it.
Let it settle gently into your heart.
Like a seed planted into fertile soil.
Now we get begin moving awareness through the body.
There's nothing to move physically.
Simply notice.
And simply become aware.
Bringing attention to the right side of the body.
Bringing awareness to your right thumb.
Second finger.
Third finger.
Fourth finger.
Little finger.
Palm of the hand.
Back of the hand.
Wrist.
Forearm.
Elbow.
Upper arm.
Shoulder.

4th toe.
Little toe.
Notice the entire right side of your body.
The entire right side of your body.
Relaxed.
Supported.
And at ease.
Now bringing attention to the left side of your body.
Gently move awareness to your left thumb.
Second finger.
Third finger.
Fourth finger.
Little finger.
Palm.
Back of the hand.
Rest.
Forearm.
Elbow.
Upper arm.
Shoulder.
Armpit.

The entire left side of your body.

Now bringing awareness to the backside of your body.
Become aware of the back of your head.
The back of your neck.
Both shoulder blades.
Upper back.
Middle back.
Lower back.
Sacrum.
Both hips.
The backs of your thighs.
The backs of your knees.
Calves,
And heels.
Now bringing awareness to the front side of your body.
Bringing awareness to your forehead.
To your eyes.
Cheeks.
Nose,
Maps.
Ciao.
Throat.
Collarbones.
Chest.
Heart.
Upper abdomen.
Lower abdomen.
Pelvis.
Notice your whole front body.
Your whole front body.
Now we bring awareness to the whole body.
Experience your entire body all at once.
Whole.
Complete.
Resting.
Breathing.
Supported by the earth beneath you.
Bringing awareness to your breath.
Become aware of your breath.
No need to change it.
Simply notice the gentle rise and fall.
Of your body.
Imagine your breath like gentle waves upon the ocean.
Each inhale,
Welcoming life.
Each exhale.
Inviting deeper relaxation.
Notice the pause between each breath.
A quiet place.
A place of stillness.
Imagine once again the soft celestial light above you.
Beautiful.
Gentle.
Radiant.
It slowly begins flowing through the crown of your head.
Softening the mind.
Releasing effort.
Releasing striving.
It moves through your forehead.
Your eyes.
Your jaw.
Your throat.
Every place that has been holding tension begins to soften.
The celestial light now enters your heart.
Filling every space with compassion.
No judgment.
No expectation.
Only unconditional love.
Imagine this light gently flowing through your entire body.
Through every organ.
Every muscle.
Every nerve.
Every cell.
Your nervous system recognizes something deeply familiar.
Safety.
Not because life is perfect.
But because in this moment,
Nothing is asking anything of you.
You do not have to perform.
You do not have to prove yourself.
You do not have to heal tonight.
You only have to receive.
Silently repeat.
I am safe.
I am held.
I am deeply loved.
I allow myself to rest.
The celestial light continues surrounding you.
Like the gentlest embrace.
Like being wrapped in an infinite compassion.
Now allow even my voice to fade into the background.
There is nothing left to do.
Simply rest.
Simply receive.
Simply be.
Begin noticing your breath once more.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your body.
Notice the room around you.
The surface supporting you.
The sounds nearby.
Invite tiny moments and movements into your fingers.
Your toes.
Perhaps gently stretching.
And when you're ready.
Roll onto one side.
And rest there for one moment.
Honoring this transition.
Slowly come to a comfortable seated position.
Bring your hands to your heart.
Noticing whatever is present.
There is nothing to judge.
Nothing to change.
Only gratitude.
Silently repeat your intention or sankalpa once more.
May I receive love.
Or whatever intention you planted earlier.
Taking one final deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Carry this feeling of safety with you into the rest of your day.
May your heart remember compassion.
May your nervous system remember peace.
And may you always remember that you are already home.
Thank you so much and Namaste.
