This meditation is a soft unraveling. A letting go of the seeker. With gentle spoken guidance and the soulful tones of the Native Flute, you are invited to rest, not in pursuit, but in presence. To seek is to suffer. To seek nothing is bliss. There is nothing to attain here. No goal. No becoming. Only what is. Just the sound of breath moving through wood, each note a reminder of the silence that holds everything. A silence that has never been lost, only overlooked. As the music flows, you’ll be gently guided inward… not to fix, not to achieve, but to remember. That peace is not something you find. It’s what remains when the search ends. This meditation is ideal for releasing the grip of striving, for softening into now, or for beginning and ending your day in deep, grounded stillness. Native Flute Music By Wolf Kinsmen

To seek is to suffer.

To seek nothing is bliss.

This statement has lasted thousands of years to arrive to this moment now.

So let's begin.

If laying down,

Just be at ease.

And if seated,

Relax as you sit upright,

Not holding any tension throughout the face and throughout the body.

Just hanging loose.

Letting go of the mind that is always seeking.

Letting go of all suffering and arriving in bliss.

Letting go of any natural movements here,

Feeling free to wiggle your toes,

Your fingertips.

Coming back.

God in me sees the God in you.
