This contemplative meditation creates a gentle space to listen inwardly and rest in presence. It invites you to soften into the experience of being known, cherished, and held by a love that does not need to be earned. With slow pacing and extended pauses, the practice supports deep rest and inner reassurance. Ideal for times of weariness, prayerful reflection, or quiet connection. Take a moment to arrive in stillness.

Let your breath find its own natural rhythm.

Feel the weight of your body being supported where you sit or lie.

Notice that nothing is required of you right now.

You don't need to hold anything together.

You can simply be.

Gently turn your attention inward,

Towards the quiet center within you.

The place of stillness that has always been there.

As you breathe in,

Whisper softly within,

Here I am.

And as you breathe out,

Whisper,

I am yours.

Let these words settle gently,

Like warmth spreading through your chest.

Now listen,

Not with your ears,

But with your whole being.

Listen for the voice beneath all other voices.

The deep knowing that has been with you from the beginning.

The presence that knows your true name.

Hear these words arise within you.

You are the beloved child of God.

You are deeply cherished.

Let this truth flow through you like living water.

Or like lights quietly filling a room.

Allow it to touch the places in you that feel tired,

Unseen,

Or afraid.

There is nothing you need to earn here.

Nothing you need to prove.

Your worth is not dependent on effort or achievement.

Take another gentle breath.

With each inhale,

Imagine your heart softening.

Opening just a little more.

With each exhale,

Release any false identities you've carried.

Every label,

Every expectation,

Every story that told you you were not enough.

Breathe in,

Beloved.

Breathe out,

I am yours.

Notice how quietly this presence draws near.

Without force.

Without demand.

Not judging.

Not evaluating.

Simply accompanying you.

You are not alone.

You have never been alone.

You are held in the same love that blesses all life.

The love that names,

Nourishes,

And sustains.

A love spoken over every child of God.

Beyond time.

Beyond beginning or end.

Now imagine this love surrounding you.

Like a gentle field of warmth.

Or resting upon you like a quiet blessing.

Let it support you.

Let it steady you.

In the silence of your heart.

Receive these words as if they are spoken directly to you.

You are my beloved child.

Nothing can separate you from my love.

Nothing can diminish your inherent worth.

Nothing can take away your true nature.

Rest here.

There is nothing else to do.

Let this knowing sink beneath thought.

Into the deeper layers of your being.

When you are ready,

Gently place a hand over your heart.

And whisper softly.

I am the beloved child of God.

And I am yours.

As you begin to return,

Carry this truth with you gently.

It does not need to be explained.

It does not need to be defended.

It only needs to be remembered.

You are beloved.

And you are held.

Www.

Mooji.
