Ashley is a registered Dietitian, 500-hr yoga teacher, and health coach. She believes that a holistic approach to wellness includes getting to know and love ourselves through breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. She prefers to take an approach to meditation that includes contemplative and visualization practices. Her goal is to help people find balance and become the highest versions of themselves through her practice of metaphysical health coaching.
