Welcome to this evening release into rest,

End of day meditation.

Thank you for this day,

For all the ways that my body,

Mind,

Spirit,

Soul,

Emotions,

And all of my cells showed up,

Remained present to the small and big tasks of the day.

Thank you for the ways of clarity,

For the actions taken,

For the inspiration acted upon,

For the quiet moments,

For the breath between movements,

To the ways I moved my body,

To the nourishment received through my food,

My drinks,

My thoughts,

And my ways of presence.

Allow me to release what wasn't done,

What will move to a different day.

Any thoughts or actions weighing heavy on my mind or being,

Allow them to dissipate and melt into the quiet of the evening.

Let the void of the darkness and the stars illuminate new ways,

Infuse all with light,

My cells,

All the parts of my body,

My thoughts,

Behaviors,

Habits,

Ways of being.

Allow the newness to unfold through the quiet,

May it blend into the nighttime and the sleep,

The rest my body needs after.

Allow forgiveness for myself or others that I came across today,

That stirred something within me,

Whether it be in person,

Listening to something,

Out in nature,

However it arose,

Allow the gratitude and the permission to forgive,

To honor,

To even love,

So that continued learning.

Thank you for all of the organs and systems of my body,

For always being in action,

Unfolding every moment of every day,

Well-being,

Health that needs soothing and honoring and continued love.

Thank you for my breath that breathes me in and out throughout the day and as I slow to sleep,

That it continues.

Ways of being in reverence,

Things happening that I may not see and the ways that my guides,

Angels,

Supporters,

Highest benevolent beings are always bringing things towards me,

Even in challenge that I bring and carry the gratitude in my heart,

Or feeling unsupported,

Or feeling lost or confused,

Or feeling grief,

Or feeling anger,

Any emotions that arise to know that I'm never alone,

That I can release the day and go into rest knowing that I am surrounded by benevolent beings that watch over me,

The comfort that I can tap into.

Thank you for the ways that I have remained present during this day and honoring the distractions,

Noticing how I can release ways or habits that don't serve me,

Yet compassionately love the underlying reasons why I may act that way or allow the distractions.

As I move to rest,

Help me be tender with myself and allow the transmutation of what lies underneath.

Allow me to rest into the truth of my being with comfort and pleasure that I am in this body temple and thanking the sensations and love that surround the glory of being me.

Thank you for this day.
