A friend once confessed, “You know, I can be very judgmental.” Her voice carried both shame and love, revealing the ache beneath her judgments. That moment became a portal—an opening into seeing judgment not as wrong, but as a mirror reflecting the parts of us still yearning to be understood. As this healing on Judgment emerged, I was reminded how each layer of awareness invites us deeper into compassion. Judgment often masquerades as discernment, asking us to feel, to notice, to remember our shared humanity. What if judgment, at its root, is passion—an untamed expression of caring, calling us back to balance and truth? This journey invites you to soften, to listen, to transform judgment into understanding, tenderness, and wholeness. Music: Solfeggio Healing Frequencies – Love Frequency

Welcome to this session,

Juicy for Judgment,

And really juiciness in judgment.

Judgment as a way to extract the juice,

To squeeze from it the essence of what's being learned,

And to stay open to what is being shown to you.

And it can be shown visually or expressed through a felt sense.

It can be just a knowing.

It can be a hearing.

It can come in many different ways,

But where something inside is shifting or understood differently.

And so as we step into this container together,

Whether you are listening to this live or on recording,

Knowing that you are exactly where you need to be in this moment to receive whatever comes through,

Transmits to your awareness,

And that that can be differently in each time that you listen.

As we are in different places each time,

Each moment,

So what you may glean and heal and shift today,

Upon listening to it another time,

There will be deeper aspects that move,

That shift,

That become more present in your awareness than they were previously.

So just taking deep breaths and grounding into your own present moment.

Your eyes can be open or closed.

You may be outside in nature.

You may be resting somewhere,

Lying down,

Sitting on a comfortable spot,

Wherever you feel called to be.

And perhaps you're thinking of a situation or a person or a group or an area that you have judgment about,

Or maybe that you have felt judged by one of those things,

Another person,

A group,

A situation.

And just allowing that to be present in your awareness and allowing the hum of nature and the birds and even the distant mower.

When you see a mower and you watch someone cut grass,

It can feel very satisfying in a certain way,

Like you're following the path and you're cutting one strip and then you turn and you're sure to connect the mower to that previous strip so that there's no long blades of grass in between,

That you're covering it all and you're mowing.

And you can see the difference between the mowed grass and the taller blades of grass.

And it's a beautiful metaphor for what we're speaking about and working with today in that we can bring judgment to all sorts of things and wanting something to be different than it is.

And we need to experience what it is in order to see the difference.

So we can experience both the tall grass and the cut shorter grass.

And we may experience the shorter grass as better than the other because it looks nice and it's neat and the tall grass was starting to be scratchy on your legs or felt harsh if you were walking on it or it was more it's seemingly more bugs or there were little clover or flowers that attracted more bees whereas when now it's cut shorter it feels cleaner there's less of that discomfort.

And noticing though that it's still growing in every moment and that as the lawn is being cleared that there's still more areas of the longer grass.

That some of the things on the surface may in fact have been shifted in their state in that the clover may have been lopped off where the bees went or the length of it being shorter brings less itchiness and yet it's still the grass it's still the same lawn and the bees are still out and the bugs or the length of the grass or the the feeling of it is still there.

So allowing yourself to bring that towards what situation or person that you are thinking about in relation to judgment.

Allowing yourself to go into the discomfort around what does that bring to you what itchiness is it that it was truly brought to your attention like something that you know someone said and it's true or is it that you're assuming that someone or something or some group or something is just judging and for many people having been raised with a lot of judgment or what the quote right thing and wrong thing to do are or the quote good quote bad things or the proper ways of being there does develop a fear of judgment because there feels like there's only one way or a right way or you need to do it this way or there will be some repercussion a punishment uh not being seen as good being seen as doing it wrong and so the guides are just showing that as the difference between the cut grass and the taller grass and almost like the taller grass is apparent or is a that's something that is bringing the discomfort or represents the discomfort and almost like towers over and allowing that feeling to just be there whatever heaviness anger sadness feeling defensive that you want to share but that's not you know but but but or even feeling that collapse of what's the point it doesn't matter they're not going to understand they don't see what is true under here for me they don't really care what that is for me all the stories and the limitations and the beliefs just allow all of that to be there as the guides take them like the little pieces of the flowers and just as like a dandelion as you would blow the dried dandelion and the seeds would spread they're just removing gently with love allowing it to move like the wind gentle breeze sloughing off there's a lot on people's shoulders to release the shoulders and even down the neck in the way the neck is being held and the head is being held in order to feel the burden on the shoulders to feel the collapse or to feel like that feeling of i can't do it right or i'm never going to get it and the heaviness of that removing that from the backs of the shoulders and even into the middle back of the heart and they're also swooping upward like the angels are swooping up their wings like as if they would put it under your chin or they would swipe up the front of the body and hold your chin up literally in their wing for you to make eye contact with your angels perhaps it's a guide perhaps it's just a loving presence perhaps it's an energy that you see or you feel but they're lifting your chin to be eye level to just be in the presence of that love so breathe that in beautiful recognize that god spirit the universe the angels love itself does not judge allowing this to infuse your being through your eyes they're showing it move through your eyes all the way down and around your body like as if as if it's just light and cellular flow that it goes all the way through as if it's following your circulatory system and bringing that to every part of your body to release any tension to remind you that both can exist like the lawn the short and the long the judging or feeling like you're being judged and this love this ever-present benevolence gentleness deep deep compassion and that you can look into that space and know and see truth you can see it through your eyes you can feel it and experience it through your body you may be able to hear the movement of the liquid moving throughout the body that's beautiful keep breathing they're continuing this throughout as we move more towards the solar plexus with that still running in the background you can continue to look into the eyes feel the presence and it can be like the sensation of when you look with eyes closed even up to the sun and you feel the rays of light and the rays of heat coming through and if it's a cold day in winter when you look to the sun you can feel it warm your body even if you're bundled up with lots of layers that that sun that light that love can penetrate it opens up a new pathway and at the solar plexus reminding you of a new knowing that when there is judgment it also is an opportunity to open your solar plexus your sense of self to what is it teaching how are you learning and growing from this if it were a reflective mirror what is it reflecting to you is it a quality that you're wanting to shift within yourself and that it's being illuminated through this experience of having others reflect it back to you in a way that it feels the scratchy discomfort yet it's also the juice of you seeing something within yourself that you can make choices to change and also in this area the opposite is true if you are making a statement or feel judgment about someone else what is that reflecting in you what is it about their actions or behaviors or statements or feelings or maybe not communicating that is showing itself to you once again reflecting so in either way establishing that commitment with yourself to embody that which you desire so allowing it to exist with all of its complexity and yet allowing it as if the solar plexus all the way down towards the sacral chakra towards the second chakra the yellow and the orange and moving down to the root the red imagining it as if it's a huge cauldron or soup pot and it's stirring and all of it is creating this blend perhaps it has a color or texture and just see what comes to you if it's an image or colors imagine that you're putting it together though and you're allowing it to combine and mix so instead of feeling separate as the judgment is outside or you are judging and feel like an outsider that it's actually blending together just see how that supports your nervous system with also the energy still flowing like through the circulatory system just imagine from the body as they're reminding they're coming up to the mind they're coming up to the head and clearing the top of the head cranial bones that's what can happen is the judgment it can be easier to judge someone else from a place of hurt or it touching on something that feels really uncomfortable for you and yet bringing it together in this pot of how can you merge with this how can you learn and grow from it or what are the qualities that you're bringing in or wanting to bring in and how can you bring acceptance the judgment coming in a way that like when you're young if you want in the simplest form if someone has curly hair and you have straight hair and you might want the curly hair and that acceptance of of exactly what is for you and releasing that insecurity that anything less than that is needs to not be there like that it's in the acceptance of exactly the hair that you have or exactly that quality and that that is divine just as what's being transmitted when your chin is up and looking at the loving presence before you and that all knowing that you are loved no matter what you are loved with the aspects of yourself that you wish to change that that's part of your growth and why you're here it's being put into the soup so that a delicious creation is made that's nourishing you in many ways so the cut grass is not supposed to be there all the time we want the grass to grow we want the flowers to bloom we want to have the different stages of growth we don't cut our lawns every single day it helps all the ants and the beetles and the creatures and the bees and the all of it to cohabitate together in peace and in divine right relationship and in squeezing the juice out of judgment squeezing all of these variables while they are also shifting and clearing the aspects that no longer serve bringing more acceptance to what is and more clarity around the what is of the perception so your perception may feel like it's truth or feel like that is what's happening and sometimes we're seeing it through those places of wanting to be like other or through separation and they're showing the beauty of squeezing and having it be all connected and just receiving seeing if there's more movement in the solar plexus the second chakra or the root and they're also doing the back of the body as well beautiful and then reminding all the different ways to receive and to remember when your chin is lifted and you're looking into all that is that all things are possible and that this illuminates a new way through for you to embody further what is no longer serving you in the present moment the oneness and the experience of connection that you truly desire and to allow whatever judgment is present or perceived as present to bring you closer to that that oneness that depth of understanding and acceptance for yourself and to bring allowance to that to allow that to be present and to celebrate that experience as something that you move from you see through the eyes of that benevolence and you release through the root they're showing like one of those things that you would put frosting on and squeeze out the writing squeezing what doesn't serve while writing or placing what it is that you wish loving that place of yourself bringing that tenderness to those spaces that feel separate that feel judged that feel like you're not doing it right that feel overwhelmed and tired from trying to please others and to bring that acceptance and the quiet and the stillness of what that truth is when you stare into the eyes of a beloved source and everything else melts away allowing that infusion and allowing the judgments present to serve as an ingredient in helping you do that helping you to love yourself to know that you are a divine being and that you are amazing and good enough just as you are and if you shining that light or being that presence is off-putting to someone else you can recognize that you're just illuminating something that's within them for them to put into their own cauldron and the more peace that you make with yourself around it doesn't mean that you're doing something wrong or that your action is bad or wrong or but that you accept it for yourself and if there are aspects of wanting to change that you choose that for yourself from that place of the benevolence and from the chin up and looking into love's eyes it's an act of self-reclamation self-love and releasing the rest let it go into the circulation of the divine love and when it goes through the circulation it is removed anything is removed both through the feet or being squeezed like the frosting going right through down into mother earth just beautifying it writing on there through that expression making a pattern making a design making a word forming sentences of what's being released and holding your heart holding your heart and your solar plexus your sense of self being honest about your fears or what insecurities arise that seemingly are like different parts of the lawn the short and the long that they feel so different they feel separate from and yet can connect and be in balance in right relationship in literally just a different state of the same thing the lawn is still the lawn and there's the short part and the longer part they are still the lawn your experiences can have that effect where you too can tap into those places within yourself to bring acceptance to that which feels raw or vulnerable or uncomfortable and scratchy and they're clearing down the heart and the ears what is heard both in what you say to yourself and about another or what's quietly said or whispered what is arising with the judgment of you or with you judging another and listening to those whispers just like the birds and letting them share a new song share that new perspective share what direction you're going in and what you would like to hear and how the vibration and frequency of bird song can also reflect your frequency and song within yourself and as you feel the circulating energy in the cauldron and the bowl and the pot it's being stirred as it completes its stirring and the writing onto the deep into the earth allowing that settling to just be placing your hand on your solar plexus or your womb space or that whole area your stomach area and just allowing that beam of love to be experienced and at your heart breathing in the faith and trust that you are exactly where you need to be and are extracting the juice of the most exquisite creation of the embodied you in acceptance in alignment and in the allowance of whatever shows itself that you can stay in that grounding and the knowing of the peace and the stillness that is there in any moment and thanking the guides thanking your higher self my higher self all who listen thank you
