We offer a safe and private space for women to share their stories of healing and hope to find comfort and resources to aid their journey of mending their broken hearts and protect each other with thoughtful self-care. Melissa is the founder and as part of her healing journey from betrayal trauma, she became a Certified Meditation Teacher by UnPlug Meditation and Davidji Meditation, 200-hour meditation training. Melissa is also a Certified Peak Performance Coach with the Flow Genome Project, a 3-month, 300-hour intensive training program on the neuroscience and psychology of peak performance. Seeing the power that meditation and breath-work had on her well-being, Melissa's mission is to empower individuals to be able to regulate their nervous systems, find their voice, and transform their lives through meditation.
