We give so much to others and sometimes ignore ourselves.
Let's start by finding a comfortable seated position
and gently closing our eyes or gazing softly at the ground.
Take a few deep breaths.
Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.
Take a few deep breaths,
Allowing yourself to settle
into this present moment.
As you breathe in,
Feel the air
filling your lungs,
Expanding your chest and belly.
As you exhale,
Release any tension or stress
you may be holding onto,
Allowing yourself to sink
deeper into relaxation
with each breath.
Now place your hand
on your heart,
Bringing your
awareness to your heart center,
The seat of self-love
and compassion.
Feel the warmth
and the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat,
A constant reminder
of the love that flows
within you.
As you continue to breathe
deeply,
I invite you to
cultivate a deep sense of love
and acceptance for yourself.
Just as you are,
You are worthy of love.
You are enough.
Take a moment
to reflect on the qualities
that make you unique and special.
Consider your strengths,
Your talents,
And the love that you share
with those around you.
Embrace yourself
fully with all your
imperfections and vulnerabilities.
Know that
this is what makes you beautiful.
Now visualize
a bright,
Radiant
light emanating from your
heart center,
Filling your
entire being with love
and compassion.
With each breath,
Allow this light to grow brighter
and more expansive,
Touching
everyone and everything
it encounters.
Feel the bond of love that

of self-love and appreciation
deepening,
Anchoring you in a place

Repeat
these affirmations silently
to yourself.
I am worthy of
