Welcome to The Way of Living Meditation.
Regardless if you are an experienced meditator or everything is just new for you,
I ask you to put your expectations on the side for now.
The Way of Living Meditation is a journey within,
Is a journey deep on your emotions,
Is a journey through sound,
Music,
Frequencies,
Vibration,
Visualization and expansion of the consciousness.
This meditation will guide you into a deep state of relaxation,
Will guide and invite you to look at things that you might have been avoiding and will invite you to go in a deep journey within.
The meditation will guide you through a deep relaxation state and you might fall asleep,
That's totally normal.
Please do not attach to any instruction or suggestion.
And if you do fall asleep,
As soon as you wake up or recover your consciousness,
Just catch up where you are at the meditation.
Even if you fall asleep,
The work is still being done,
So do not worry about that.
And again,
Let it go of any expectations,
Just open your heart and open your consciousness for what you are about to receive.
Now,
Find a comfortable position,
Ideally lying down,
But if you don't feel comfortable lying down,
You can be seated with your spine straight.
Now,
Make yourself as comfortable as possible.
If you are lying down on the floor,
Bring a blanket to cover you,
Because the body temperature will drop.
Bring a pillow or a cushion to put under your head,
As well as a pillow or a bolster to put under your knees,
So your lower back doesn't feel any strain.
If you are seated,
Make sure that your feet are on the ground and your spine is straight,
But as well,
Make yourself comfortable.
With that in mind,
Make the last adjustments and let's get started.
Adjust your legs.
Adjust your hips.
Adjust your torso and your upper body.
Adjust your shoulders.
Adjust your arms.
Adjust your hands with your palm facing up.
Adjust your head and your neck.
If you feel comfortable there,
Stay there.
If you feel that you need a few more adjustments,
Please do so.
Make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Bring your awareness to the body.
Relax the entire body.

The body tissues.

Now,
Bring your awareness to the breath.
Just observe how your breath is.
Do not control.
Do not change anything.
Just bring a sense of observation and curiosity.
Observe the air coming in through the nose,
Passing down through the throat,
Passing through the lungs,
All the way down to the belly.
The air coming out through the belly,
Through the throat,
Through the nostrils.
The air coming in through the nostrils,
All the way down to the belly.
The air coming out from the belly,
All the way out through the nostrils.
Now,
Bring your awareness to the mind.
And if you have any important thought right now,
I ask you to set it aside for the next 40 minutes and be in this state of relaxation.

Anything that comes to your heart and to your mind.

Bring your awareness back to the breath.
And feel that as they are coming in,
There is the rise of the throat,
The chest,
And the belly.
And as the air comes out,

And the throat.
Now,
Bring your awareness back to the body.
And observe the space in between your body and the floor.
The space in between your body and the floor.
And observe how small this space is.
How small this space is.
Now,
Observe how big this space is.
How big is the space in between your body and the floor.
Bring your awareness back to the body.
And observe how heavy your body is.
How heavy your body is.
Your body is so heavy,
But so heavy,
That you feel as if you are sinking in the ground.
That you feel as if you are sinking and melting in the ground.
Now,
Bring your awareness back to the body.
And observe how light your body is.
And observe how light your body is.
Your body is so light,
But so light,
That you feel as if you are floating above the ground.
That you feel as if you are floating above the ground.

Now,
Bring your awareness to the heart center of your body.
Bring your awareness to the heart center of your body.
And I invite you to visualize a golden light,
A golden energy.
Being created,
Generated and expanding at your heart center.
A golden light being created and expanding in your heart center.
This golden light starts to take over your body.
Starts to expand beyond your body.
And it surrounds and takes over this entire place.
Feel the expansion of this golden light.
The expansion of your body.
Now,
I invite you to visualize right in front of your eyes a small dot of a white light coming towards of you.
A small dot of a white light coming towards you.
As it gets closer,
It gets bigger and bigger and bigger.
And as you look around,
You see that you are surrounded by a lot of small dots of white light.
This light has the energy of safety,
Security and love.
Feel yourself surrounded by the energy of safety,
Security and love.
Now,
Bring your awareness back to your heart center.
Where that golden light is expanding and expanding.
And as you stay with your heart,
You go deeper and deeper and deeper into the space created within.
Deeper and deeper into the space created within.
You feel as if you were free falling.
Jumping out of a cliff,
Free falling.
Without knowing where you are going to get,
Where you are going to be.
And you fall,
You fall,
You fall,
You fall until you reach rock bottom.
You are in a dark place.
You don't know where you are going to find,
Who you are going to find or where you are going to be.
But you trust that you are there for a reason.
And you start to walk without knowing where you are going to get.
And far in the horizon,
You see a small house.
A small house.
You get close to that house.
And that house is your safe spot.
The one that you are the only one who has the key.
You open the door.
You go inside your own house,
Your own temple.
There is nothing there but emptiness and space.
At the back of the house,
There is another door.
That's the door for your entire life.
Everything you have ever lived,
Your memories,
Your subconscious mind.
Where you have everything stored.
You take the bold step and you decide to go through that door.
You open the door.
And you step into this beautiful valley full of flowers.
It's who you are from within.
Every single memory has created this beautiful nature within.
You keep walking and walking.
You go through the valley.
You find a beautiful waterfall.
You look at it but you are busy.
You don't have time for a swim.
It's getting darker.
You need to find a place to stay.
You find a small cave.
Just on your right side.
And you decide to go within.
You start to fall asleep.
You're tired.
And as you fall asleep,
You go on a journey.
A whole journey back in time.
A time back when you were very young.
And nothing else mattered.
All you had in your mind was the desire to wake up and do whatever you wanted.
With no regret.
All you wanted was to be with your friends.
Be with your family.
Go to school and play.
Come back home.
Enjoy yourself.
And everything you did was out of your heart.
Can you bring that memory up?
A memory when you felt very happy.
And there was nothing to do but to be you.
Very good.
Hold on to that.
Just bring into the space in between your eyes that beautiful memory of you very young.

As you grow older,
Things start to shift a bit.
You wouldn't be able to get stuff that you want at the time you wanted,
In the way you wanted.
You would start to adapt to other people.
You had to adapt yourself to norms,
Either from your parents or from society,
From school,
First educators,
Or even from your friends.
And you start to do things in the way that you didn't want to do,
But you actually had to.
I don't want to speak with this person,
But I have to.
Oh,
I had a fight with someone,
And I'm so proud,
And I have my prime,
That I'm not going to ask for forgiveness.
Or you did something that wasn't a good thing,
And you didn't want to say sorry,
Or you didn't want to apologize.
And as we grow older,
As you go through your life journey,
All of those patterns,
They follow you in a different way.
You start to work.
You start to have desires.
You start to create relationships.
You start to want.
But at the same time that this happens,
There is a very specific thing that comes with it.
A sense of regret.
Oh,
I should not have done that.
I should not have spoken to that person.
I should not have said that.
And we are constantly judging ourselves.
In a way that's not productive.
You get back home,
And you feel like,
Oh,
I shouldn't have done that.
Or in the same way,
How many desires,
How many dreams do you have that you're never fulfilling?
How many desires they have,
And how many dreams do you have that you're constantly pushing away?
Oh,
I have the dream to do this.
I'll do after.
I'll postpone.
I want to change my career and start a new thing.
Oh,
No,
Not now.
Maybe next year.
I want to change a habit and a behavior.
I want to be healthier next Monday.
I want to go to that country that has always been on my list next year.
Does that sound like you?
And you keep pushing away that desire to change,
That desire to create a new life,
To live your dreams,
To live life at its fullest.
How does it feel in your body to keep postponing yourself?
How does it feel to regret constantly?
I know it's painful to look at it,
But face it,
No more hiding.
The desire to change,
To become,
To be,
To see yourself free from your own limitations,
But it's actually always on a second plane.
It never happens.
Time on Earth is so precious.
It's so sacred.
For you to keep pushing your dreams,
Your desires away.
Time on Earth is so precious,
So sacred for you to regret,
To have that sense that I should have done that,
But now I don't have time anymore.
My time is just slipping away out of my hands.
The clock's ticking.
Your time is about to be over.
Until when are you going to regret?
Until when are you going to be saving money for what if you're not going to carry anything with you?
Working,
Working,
Working,
Working,
Working,
And now it's pushing that dream to next year.
Let me tell you one thing.
When you die,
You're not going to carry anything with you.
You might know that already.
You find yourself in a dark place,
In a void.
You don't know where you are.
You don't know what is happening around you.
Your body is heavy.
You can't feel it.
You have no consciousness.
Everything you knew about yourself is gone.
Everything once you knew about who you were,
Your identity,
Your stuffs,
Your things,
They don't matter anymore.
It's all gone.
You are dead.
You died.
And right now,
You're just floating around.
Everything you were accumulating,
Forget it.
You have anything with you,
You have nothing.
Remember that last conversation you wished you would have,
But you never had with that person that you loved so much?
You can't have anymore because your time is over.
That desire to go somewhere,
To be with your parents for longer,
To spend more time with the people you love,
It's not reachable anymore.
Your time on earth is over.
Life goes like that.
How do you feel knowing that everything you always wished,
It will never realize?
You spent so much time with things that didn't matter at all,
Putting what actually mattered,
What actually was important to you aside.
And now my sister and my brother,
There is no coming back.
Now there is regret.
Regret that I should have,
I shouldn't have,
I should have spent more time with my brother,
My sister,
My friends,
My parents.
I should have worked less and spent more time by the beach.
I should have gone on that trip that I always wanted to go.
Unfortunately,
It's not happening anymore.
Feel into the body,
What the body tells you.
How do you feel?
It is painful,
No?
I know.
I want to go back.
I want to go back to life.
I want to do all of this.
I will do it again.
Give me one more chance.
Let me try again.
And I promise,
I will follow my dreams.
I will spend more time with the people I love.
Give me one more chance,
Please.
Please.
One more chance to live this amazing life.
That it is meant to be lived.
You find yourself in your own funeral,
In a coffin.
There are people surrounding you,
People that you love,
That you're never going to see again.
And that deep desire of being alive again comes through.
That deep desire of give me one last chance.
Because I will do everything differently.
Please,
Let me do it.
I will live life differently.
I will be who I truly am.
I will not waste time with things that don't matter.
Please,
Give me one last chance.

From your lips to God's ears.
You asked,
You shall receive.
That white light that has been following you in this whole journey comes surrounding you again with all its love,
All its compassion,
Grace.
And asks you,
Do you really want another chance?
Are you going to make things different now?
Are you going to ask for forgiveness when you have time to?
Are you going to accept that invitation to do something differently?
Are you going to have the courage to let go of what no longer serves you and start that new thing you wanted to?
Are you going to change your health,
Your lifestyle,
Your habits?
Are you going to go on that trip you always dreamed of?
Are you going to be more respectful to yourself?
Are you going to be true to who you are?
Are you going to spend more time with people you love?
Are you going to make yourself special?
Are you going to love yourself more than anything else?
So yes,
One last chance to be alive.
One last chance to be alive.
The sun is rising,
You start to get out of that cave,
And you find yourself back into that beautiful valley full of flowers.
Yellow flowers,
White flowers,
Rose,
Red flowers,
Full of beauty,
Beauty from the mountains,
From the animals,
Beauty from nature,
From that nature that is within you.
And you keep walking and suddenly you start to find on your way those things that you just said you would do differently.
The time with the people that you would spend more,
Those people are all around you now.
What do you tell them?
The dreams that you had,
That you never fulfilled,
They are showing up right on your face.
What do you tell them?
Do you take it or you let it go again?
Remember,
It's your last chance to be everything you want to be.
That person you had an argument with once,
It's right in front of you now,
And it's your opportunity to say sorry,
To ask for forgiveness.
Are you taking it or are you letting go?
That person that you know you're never going to see again,
It's right in front of you.
It's your last opportunity to say something,
To give a hug.
Now I invite you to dream as big as you can of this different life you want to live,
Of all the things you have been postponing so far.
It is time to create a different life,
A life where you're living each and every one of your dreams.
You're changing your career,
You're being more creative,
You start taking dance class,
You go and speak to that person that you are always afraid to invite to go out,
You're creating a new community,
You find a new group of people,
You're surrounded by the family that you love and the people that you love so much.
Bring it into your heart.
Visualize it.
See it.
Feel it.
See it.
Allow the visualization to become the experience.
And allow it to create an emotion and let the emotion be the experience of everything you want.

Is it happiness of this last change?
Is it enthusiasm and motivation?

What drives you if not the desire to live?
If not the desire to enjoy every single moment?
Feel it.
Feel how beautiful it is to have one last chance and enjoy it.
Enjoy every single moment.
This is your gift for today.
Imagine.
Create it.
Feel it.
Teach your body what it feels to live the life you want to live.
No more postponing.
No more holding back.
Grab part of your savings and go on a trip.
Because you don't know the day after tomorrow.
Call that person you want to call and say how much you love them.
Give yourself a beautiful hug.
Enjoy this moment.
It will never come back.
Show and express love to you.
You beautiful being.
Feel how held you are every single day.
How loved you are every single day.
And you find yourself back at the back door of that house your body temple your subconscious mind house.
You open that back door you get back into the house full of flowers and life and portraits of good memories that you have lived that you didn't postpone anymore.
You look at those memories that you have created and out of you happiness takes over love takes over.
You say thank you for this journey and this opportunity and you go out from the front door and as soon as you go out from the front door that golden light embraces you again and you find yourself back in this room and you find yourself back in this room back into your heart center feel the expansion of your entire being back into the body just feel it feel your body and as everything in life everything has a beginning a middle and an end and now that you are back in this room I invite you in your own way in your own time no rush start to bring gentle movements into your fingers and toes into your body bring your knees to your chest and give a nice back massage rocking back and forth side to side and whenever you are ready in your own time gently make your way back to a seated position thank you for joining us in this amazing transformative experience slowly take your time to come back up gently move your body and take your time to integrate everything you have lived today and remember keep dreaming keep creating your own way of living I will see you in the next meditation
