Welcome to the Way Of Living Trust Meditation, this meditation was recorded during the Journey Within Retreat in a very special and sacred place in Mullumbimby natural reserve in Australia. The trust meditation will guide your on a journey of reconnecting to the energy of trusting yourself, of developing the faith we all have lost once in life, to trust our intuition and regain the power to change our own life. Welcome,

To the Way of Living Meditation.

Regardless if you are an experienced meditator,

Or everything is just new for you,

I ask you to put your expectations on the side for now.

The Way of Living Meditation is a journey within,

It's a journey deep on your emotions,

It's a journey through sound,

Music,

Frequencies,

Vibration,

Visualization,

And expansion of the consciousness.

This meditation will guide you into a deep state of relaxation,

Will guide and invite you to look at things that you might have been avoiding,

And will invite you to go in a deep journey within.

The meditation will guide you through a deep relaxation state,

And you might fall asleep,

That's totally normal.

So,

Please do not attach to any instruction or suggestion,

And if you do fall asleep as soon as you wake up or recover your consciousness,

Just catch up where you are at the meditation.

Even if you fall asleep,

The work is still being done,

So do not worry about that.

And again,

Let it go of any expectations,

Just open your heart and open your consciousness for what you are about to receive.

Now,

Find a comfortable position,

Ideally lying down,

But if you don't feel comfortable lying down,

You can be seated with your spine straight.

Now,

Make yourself as comfortable as possible.

If you are lying down on the floor,

Bring a blanket to cover you,

Because the body temperature will drop.

Bring a pillow or a cushion to put under your head,

As well as a pillow or a bolster to put under your knees,

So your lower back doesn't feel any strain.

If you are seated,

Make sure that your feet are on the ground and your spine is straight,

But as well,

Make yourself comfortable.

With that in mind,

Make the last adjustments,

And let's get started.

Do the last small adjustments that you want to do.

Relax your hands next to your body.

If you have a blanket,

You can cover yourself,

And gently start to close your eyes.

There you go.

Slowly closing the eyes.

Do the last adjustments you want to do,

And just allow your body to relax.

Very good.

Relax your muscles.

Relax your joints.

Relax your bones,

And allow yourself to be fully present,

And just follow the sound of my voice.

Relax your internal organs.

Relax your legs.

Relax your face.

Relax your arms.

Relax your entire system and body.

Very good.

From now on,

Try to prevent yourself from moving.

Even though your body might ask you,

Be present.

Very good.

Bring your attention to the breath,

And just observe how the breath it is right now.

Do not change anything.

Do not try to control.

Just observe how the breath it is.

Now,

Bring your attention to the mind.

Observe the flow of your thoughts,

And if there is any recurring,

Very important thought right now in your mind,

Just set it on the side for the next one hour,

And allow yourself to really dive into the process.

Bring your awareness to your entire right side of the body.

To the entire right side of your body.

Bring your attention to your right hand,

To your right thumb,

And relax.

To the right index finger,

And relax.

To the right middle finger,

And relax.

To the right ring finger,

To the right little finger,

And relax.

Bring your awareness to your right wrist,

And relax.

Bring your attention to the right forearm,

And relax.

The right elbow,

And relax.

The right upper arm,

And relax.

The right shoulder,

And relax.

The right waist,

And relax.

The right thigh,

And relax.

The right knee,

And relax.

The right shin bone,

And relax.

The right calf muscle,

And relax.

The right heel,

And relax.

The right ankle,

The right top of the foot,

The sole of the right foot,

Now,

Bring your awareness again to the entire right side of your body,

And observe how light it feels compared to the left side.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the entire left side of your body.

Your left hand,

The palm of the left hand.

The left thumb,

And relax.

The left index finger,

And relax.

The left middle finger,

And relax.

The left ring finger,

And relax.

The left little finger,

And relax.

The left wrist,

And relax.

The left forearm,

And relax.

The left elbow,

And relax.

The left upper arm,

And relax.

The left shoulder,

And relax.

The left waist,

And relax.

The left thigh,

And relax.

The left knee,

And relax.

The left shin bone,

And relax.

The left calf muscle,

The top of the left foot,

Now,

Bring your awareness back to the entire left side of your body.

And observe how light it is.

As light as the right side.

Light and relaxed.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the back side of your body.

The lower back,

And relax.

The mid back,

And relax.

The upper back,

And relax.

The right shoulder blade,

And relax.

The left shoulder blade,

And relax.

The neck,

And relax.

The back of the head,

And relax.

The top of the head,

And relax.

Try to prevent yourself from moving,

And do not slip.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the front side of your body.

The forehead,

And relax.

The right eyebrow,

And relax.

The left eyebrow,

And relax.

The space in between the eyebrows,

And relax.

The right eyelid,

And relax.

The right eye,

And relax.

The left eyelid,

And relax.

The left eye,

And relax.

The nose,

And relax.

The upper lip,

And relax.

The bottom lip,

And relax.

The chin,

And relax.

The throat,

And relax.

The right chest,

And relax.

The left chest,

And relax.

The belly,

And relax.

The navel,

The navel,

The navel.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your entire body.

To the right side of your body,

And the left side of your body.

Right and left,

Left and right.

The back side of your body,

The front part of your body.

Back and front,

Front and back.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your breath once more.

And observe the air coming in from the nostrils,

All the way down to the belly.

As you inhale,

There is the rising of the belly.

And as you exhale,

There is the falling of the belly.

The air coming in through the nostrils,

And rising the belly.

The air coming out from the belly,

Falling,

And out through the nostrils.

Very good,

Good job.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the space in between your body and the floor.

The space in between your body and the floor.

And observe how small it is,

The space.

And observe how big is the space.

Very good,

Good job.

Now,

Bring your awareness back to the space in between your eyebrows.

The space in between your eyebrows.

Your third eye chakra,

Your vision field.

The space where you create,

The space where you see.

And observe the pulse that happens in between your eyebrows.

The gentle and subtle pulsing sensation that happens in between your eyebrows.

And as you feel that pulse,

A vortex of light starts to open up just in front of you.

A big vortex of light starts to open up just in front of you.

This vortex takes you on a journey.

A journey through memories,

Feelings,

Landscapes,

Place,

People.

As if you were in a tunnel.

You're going through that vortex,

And all you can see are memories from the past.

Feelings from the past.

And now all of a sudden,

You find yourself in the middle of the jungle.

It is daylight.

You have no idea of what you're doing there.

You look everywhere around you,

And all you can see are big trees,

Bushes,

Leaves,

And jungle.

You are in the middle of the forest,

On the heart of Mother Earth.

Without anything and no one to help you.

By yourself,

Alone.

And there is just one direction to go.

The direction that your heart tells you.

The direction that your heart leads you.

And you walk,

And you walk,

And you walk.

And you don't find anything.

You start to feel exhausted and tired.

You've been walking the whole day.

With no hope to find anything or no one to save you.

But let me tell you something right now.

There is nothing that will take you out of this jungle safe and sound.

And alive.

The only thing that will keep you going is your trust.

Your faith in something that you can't see.

In something that's not in front of you.

The faith that if you keep going,

You might find someone.

You might get somewhere.

The sun starts to set.

And the creatures of the jungle start to come.

It's dark outside.

And all you can see are those beautiful yellow eyes watching you from everywhere.

Maybe a feeling of apprehension.

Fear.

Maybe you're scared right now.

That's okay.

As long as you hold on to your faith.

Trusting that you might get there.

Keep walking.

The jungle gets darker and darker.

Keep connecting to your faith,

To your trust.

And just walk.

And as you keep walking far in the distance,

You can see that a fire is going on.

There's something happening right there.

You notice yourself from that feeling that I'm saved.

I'm gonna be alright.

And you start to rush through.

And you get there.

Once you get there,

There is this small hut with the fire going on inside.

As you put your head through the hut,

You see that there is an old man sitting around the fire.

This old man,

Without speaking,

Invites you to sit just in front of him.

You are tired.

You have nowhere to go.

You accept the invitation.

And as you sit down,

Your eyes start to close out of the tiredness.

And it's okay.

It's okay to relax right now.

Just keep relaxing.

You have no idea what you're doing there.

But that man,

That man,

He knows.

As you move your body side to side,

Trying to find your grip on where you are,

You gently open your eyes and that man is in front of you.

And it blows a powder just on your face.

That powder takes you in a whole new journey.

The journey within the journey.

A moment in your life where you knew you could trust.

Where you knew you could do and achieve anything you wanted.

A moment in your life,

I don't know when,

Maybe it was when you were very young,

Maybe it is right now at the age that you are,

Where you had no doubt,

No second thought.

You felt,

You took the leap,

You did everything within your possibilities,

Knowing that you would get there.

Feel that energy that might be with you right now or you might have lost it.

Feel the trust that it is to feel something within.

And just know that it is the right thing for you.

You don't need to go and ask for opinions.

You don't need to call anyone.

You just know that's my path and that's where I'm going.

Feel the energy that it is to trust.

To trust your entire being,

Your entire self.

Just being who you are.

Remember that moment because that moment,

It's a key part of your being.

A moment in time that has a memory.

That memory has an emotion.

And you can access that anytime.

And you kept going,

Kept going,

You kept trusting,

You keep realizing stuff,

You keep achieving everything you wanted.

Everything you want to create,

You did it.

No second thoughts.

What a good feeling to feel.

To be with.

And as you go through your journey,

Perhaps you grew old,

Stuff start to happen.

Or maybe right now in your life,

You lost the feeling of trusting.

And things start to show you that you shouldn't trust.

You should not trust yourself.

You should not trust your intuition.

You should not trust your heart.

Don't do it.

Don't trust.

And I'll invite you right now to go in that moment where perhaps something happened that made you lost the faith in God,

In life,

In your own self.

Made you lost your faith on your heart.

Perhaps you tried to do something and it didn't go through.

You were 100% sure that it would work.

And you put all your coins,

You put all your eggs in one bucket.

And you were sure that it would work.

And it didn't.

You felt on your heart.

Your heart was telling you.

But it didn't go through.

Feel perhaps the disappointment with you,

The people that you trusted,

The disappointment with yourself for believing so naively onto something.

Oh,

But I knew,

I knew,

I knew from my heart that I could trust.

And I just followed my intuition.

But it didn't happen.

It didn't happen.

Why?

Why God?

Why doing this with me?

I trust you.

All I wanted was this.

And the ego mind came to play judgments on yourself that perhaps you're not good enough to take your own decisions.

You should not trust your heart.

God,

That thing we can't see,

Forget it.

I'll never trust God again.

I tried once,

Twice,

Three times.

And it didn't go through.

I couldn't get it.

So now what I'm going to do is I'm going to control everything within my possibilities so I can make sure that I'll get the results I want.

I don't need faith.

I don't need trust.

I'm my own being.

I can do stuff.

I can force things to happen.

And you force things to happen.

And again,

Nothing happens.

Feel the pain that it is to be in that position of trusting something that doesn't go through,

Trusting something that you can't see,

Trusting,

Having faith.

I know you have that moment in your life.

Feel it.

Stop neglecting it.

Very good.

Good job.

Good job.

As you try to control things,

Expectations start to happen.

Expectations of how I'm going to get this.

How am I going to do this?

When?

When am I going to get it?

It's been already one week,

One month,

One year that I've been working on this and nothing's happening.

Because I did this,

I need to get that.

Control,

Control,

Control,

Control.

All in the mind.

All the time.

Keep feeling.

Let it come in.

That's where the journey starts.

But as the moon rises,

Acknowledging that it is time to rest,

The sun also rises.

Letting us know that it is a new day and a new opportunity.

And that new day with that new opportunity,

Maybe that day you woke up feeling like trusting again.

There was something within you pulsing,

Telling you that it is time to stop controlling.

It is time to stop forcing things.

Because as long as there is force,

As long as there is work to do,

There is resistance.

There is no surrender in the process.

There is no faith.

And that day you woke up and you remind yourself about that project that you want to do.

That new thing you've been wanting to try but you've been postponing.

But you just couldn't do it.

You just didn't trust yourself enough that you would be able to do that dream.

Forget it.

But that day you woke up feeling like doing it.

And that energy of trust came back.

A subtle energy,

A very subtle energy.

It is not an energy like happiness,

Enthusiasm,

Excitement.

It is a subtle energy that grows from within.

And you take one step,

You trust a bit more.

You take one step,

You trust a bit more.

Another step,

And you trust a bit further.

And you take another step.

And that energy grows and grows and grows.

And as happiness,

Enthusiasm,

Excitement,

It is contagious.

It takes over your whole being,

Your whole body.

The energy of trust is not something that you feel and you go outside and hug people.

It's like,

Hey,

I'm trusting today.

No.

It's something that you lock within.

It's you and you on that thing that you can't see.

That thing that you might believe is there,

But it might not be as well.

But you just trust it is.

The energy of trust,

It is not in the realm of the known.

It is within the unknown.

And for you to know what it is there,

You gotta take the leap.

You gotta trust.

You gotta have faith that you might get there.

Now that you can feel the subtle energy of faith and trust,

I invite you to allow your body to experience it truly.

Bring to your vision field that dream,

That thing you've been postponing,

You've been delaying,

You've been avoiding looking at.

And connect the vision with the feeling,

The subtle feeling of trusting that you're gonna get it.

You're gonna be able to do it.

And create the image just in front of you of you realizing,

Of you achieving it.

Be that whatever it is,

That travel,

That course you wanna do,

That trip,

That business you wanna start,

That business you wanna quit.

That new relationship you've been seeking.

Bring that and trust in that subtle energy that it is around and within you all the time that pushes you and allows you to get there.

Have faith that even though you have might done something wrong in your business,

In your relationship,

Things will be alright.

Even though you might have done something wrong to someone,

Trust that it was part of your process.

Even though you might have,

You might be in the middle of the chaos right now,

Trust that it's just part of your growth.

Even though if your mind doesn't stop and you can't connect to your heart,

Trust that it's just part of the process and the heart,

It is speaking to you all the time.

Trust,

Trust,

Trust.

Allow the experience become your reality and allow the reality to be the experience.

Allow the experience to create an emotion and allow this emotion to become your reality right now.

A feeling that you can connect anytime you want.

Allow your body to feel.

Teach your body what it feels to trust,

To have faith in the unknown,

In something you can't see.

Just allow your body to feel that subtle energy that keeps growing and growing and growing and growing until it takes over your entire being.

Very good.

Good job.

Just keep feeling.

It's about memorizing the feeling.

Allow the emotion to be the experience.

Teach the body what it feels like to be that new you,

That trust,

Trust.

What a great feeling,

Huh?

To trust.

And that journey of trusting is a journey within,

Within the self.

Trusting God,

Whatever God means to you.

Trusting that energy that doesn't show up to you,

But it is with you.

Now,

One last time I call you to integrate that emotion in your being.

Trust.

Trust yourself.

Trust your being.

Trust your life.

Trust who you are.

Trust your heart and your intuition and everything you're capable,

Your capabilities,

Your qualities,

Your capacities,

Because you are incredible just as you are.

Just as you are.

Open to see it is all a blessing.

All expectations,

All judgments,

All doubts,

All hesitations.

Open to,

Open to myself.

Integrated with everything that you lived within your own world just right now.

What a journey,

My friends.

What a journey,

My brothers and my sisters.

You're more than welcome right now to hug yourself,

To place your hands on your heart,

To give thanks to you,

Keep your eyes closed,

Keep feeling the energy.

Just give your body that love that the soul desires.

Give the affection and care that your body needs to know that it is safe right now.

The day is rising.

Ah!

Your body feels a bit stiff.

You gently start to move yourself and you find yourself back in that hut where you met that old man.

But it is light now.

Keep your eyes closed.

That old man is not there anymore.

And you don't know where to go.

You don't know what to do.

You stand up and get out of the hut.

And as you get out of the hut,

You realize that you are in the middle of an indigenous tribe.

And there are so many huts around you.

And people come out to celebrate you for the journey that you've been going through.

You go around.

You don't know anyone.

But you see a familiar face,

That same old man standing in the middle of everyone.

You come close.

You give thanks and express your gratitude for the journey that he allowed you to go through.

You turn your back away and start to walk back to the middle of the jungle.

The same jungle where you saw those yellow eyes watching you from every direction.

But now you see that those beings,

They were there to protect you.

They were there to hold space for you.

Maybe the tigers,

The panthers,

The bears.

Mother Earth has been always there for you.

And you walk and you walk and you walk.

And you find yourself at the end of the jungle.

In a cliff.

And there is nowhere else to go.

There is nowhere else to go.

You gotta jump.

You gotta take the leap.

You gotta trust and have faith.

So jump.

And feel the flying sensation,

That rollercoaster sensation on your belly,

Of just flying out of a cliff,

Trusting that nothing will happen to you.

Because you are held all the time.

Very good.

Very good.

And as you fly,

You find yourself back in the same vortex that took you to the jungle.

You go through those memories,

Through those feelings,

Through those places and people and things that you have done in your life.

And just like that,

You're back here.

You're back in your body.

You're back lying down on the floor.

And in your own time,

In your own way,

Bring gentle movements to your fingers and toes.

Take a few deep breaths.

And come back here.

Coming back.

Coming back.

Coming back.

What a journey,

My friends.

Deep inhales.

Deep exhales.

Gently moving and wiggling your fingers and toes.

Move your head side to side.

Stretch out your body.

Keep your eyes closed.

And take your time to integrate everything you have lived today.
