Welcome to The Way of Living Meditation.

Regardless if you are an experienced meditator or everything is just new for you,

I ask you to put your expectations on the side for now.

The Way of Living Meditation is a journey within,

Is a journey deep on your emotions,

Is a journey through sound,

Music,

Frequencies,

Vibration,

Visualization and expansion of the consciousness.

This meditation will guide you into a deep state of relaxation,

Will guide and invite you to look at things that you might have been avoiding and will invite you to go in a deep journey within.

The meditation will guide you through a deep relaxation state and you might fall asleep,

That's totally normal.

Please do not attach to any instruction or suggestion.

And if you do fall asleep,

As soon as you wake up or recover your consciousness,

Just catch up where you are at the meditation.

Even if you fall asleep,

The work is still being done,

So do not worry about that.

And again,

Let it go of any expectations,

Just open your heart and open your consciousness for what you are about to receive.

Now,

Find a comfortable position,

Ideally lying down,

But if you don't feel comfortable lying down,

You can be seated with your spine straight.

Now,

Make yourself as comfortable as possible.

If you are lying down on the floor,

Bring a blanket to cover you,

Because the body temperature will drop.

Bring a pillow or a cushion to put under your head,

As well as a pillow or a bolster to put under your knees,

So your lower back doesn't feel any strain.

If you are seated,

Make sure that your feet are on the ground and your spine is straight,

But as well,

Make yourself comfortable.

With that in mind,

Make the last adjustments and let's get started.

Perform the last adjustments,

Cover your eyes if you have to.

Move your hips side to side,

Shoulders,

Back muscles.

Make sure you are comfortable.

There you go.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your entire body.

Bring your awareness to your entire body.

Bring awareness to your bones,

Joints,

Organs,

And just relax everything.

Bring awareness to your feet,

To your legs,

To your glutes and hips,

And bring awareness to your whole upper body.

Bring your awareness to the mind.

Observe how your mind is today.

Observe the type of thoughts you might have right now.

Observe if you have any racing thoughts,

Any sad thoughts,

Any worries,

Or even happy thoughts,

Excitement.

If you do have an important thought,

I please ask you to keep that thought aside for the next one hour,

So you can really go through this journey.

Bring your awareness to the breath.

Observe how your breath is.

Just observe how your breath is.

Observe the natural flow of air coming in and out,

As you inhale,

The air comes in,

And your belly starts to rise.

The air comes out,

And there is the falling of the belly.

Air coming in through the nostrils,

And the rising of the belly and the abdomen.

And the rising of the abdomen.

Now,

Bring your attention to the rising and falling on your chest.

As the air comes in,

The chest rises.

As the air comes out,

The chest falls.

As the air comes in,

As the air comes out,

Bring your awareness to the throat.

As the air comes in,

There is the rising of the throat.

As the air comes out,

There is the falling of the throat.

As the air comes in,

The throat rises.

And as the air comes out,

The throat falls.

Bring your awareness back to your entire body.

And observe how heavy your body is.

Observe how heavy your body is.

Your body is so heavy,

So heavy,

That you can feel your body sinking down on earth.

Your body is so heavy,

Bring your awareness to how light your body is.

Your body is so light,

That you feel as if you are floating above the ground.

Your body is so light,

And as you are floating in the sense of lightness hovering on the floor,

I invite you to step out of your body.

Stepping out of the body.

Now,

Observe your body floating above the ground from a distance.

Turn your back to your body and walk away.

Gently walking away,

As you start to walk away,

You find yourself walking on a beach.

You find yourself walking on a beach.

It's a beautiful day outside.

The sun is out.

It's very warm.

People are happy.

People are playing.

And enjoying this beautiful summer day.

And you are among us there.

But the weather is so hot that you decide to go for a dip on the ocean to refresh yourself.

You put your stuff down.

You are wearing a swimsuit or just shorts.

And you go into the ocean.

And as you go into the ocean,

That nice and fresh,

Warm water washes you.

Refreshing your whole body.

And you are enjoying a lot to be there in the water,

Refreshing yourself.

Then you start to swim out of the shore.

And as you start to swim,

You pass through where the waves are breaking.

And you are really enjoying that you don't even realize that you are swimming far from the shore.

And as you swim,

You swim,

You enjoy.

You are refreshing yourself.

That beautiful smile on your face that you are enjoying the day.

Such a beautiful day.

I haven't had a day like that in ages.

I would just keep swimming.

And you keep swimming and swim and swim.

And once you look around you,

You can't see the shore anymore.

There is no land around you.

And perhaps a sense of desperation takes over.

What am I doing here?

I am in the middle of nowhere,

In the middle of the ocean,

By myself.

What if something happens?

But suddenly,

A sense of calmness takes over you.

A deep feeling that you are really being held from Earth.

Mother Earth is taking care of you.

And as you look further on the horizon,

You see a whale jumping out of the water.

Flapping the wings,

Splashing water.

And you feel that sensation again that I am secure,

I am protected,

I am safe and sound.

And as this sense develops on you,

That same whale starts to get closer to you.

And it starts to approach you and get closer and closer.

And at the same time,

Dolphins start to swim around you.

And they come,

They come close to you and they play with you.

They touch you and they go around.

Just to let you know that you are all good.

Nothing is going to happen.

Turtles start to show up on the surface.

And you put your head under the water to see them.

And as a missile,

They swim away from you.

And you start to realize how abundant Mother Earth is.

How abundant the ocean is.

And the sun is hitting you so hard,

It starts to burn you.

And you look up towards the sky and there is this small bubble falling down from the sky.

As this bubble gets closer to you,

It starts to get bigger.

And bigger and bigger.

And as this bubble touches your body,

It takes over your entire body.

Surrounding you with air and oxygen.

But with this bubble and all of this oxygen and air,

You start to become heavy.

And you start to sink down on the ocean.

And as you start to go down,

You see those same whales,

Turtles and dolphins.

Swimming under the water.

And you take a deep breath.

Wow,

I can really breathe down here.

What a gift.

And you start to go down.

And down.

You are getting lower and lower on the ocean.

The visibility is amazing.

You can see 30,

40,

50,

100 meters ahead in front of you.

The water is blue.

But it starts to get dark blue as you start to get lower.

As the sunlight doesn't hit that far.

And as you go lower,

You start to see parts of the reef and the coral that you have never seen before.

Parts of the ocean that you have never explored.

You start to see animals,

Creatures that you thought they didn't even exist.

They were part of an imagination.

And you start to go lower and lower and lower.

And as you get lower,

You hit the bottom of the ocean.

And at the bottom of the ocean there is no light.

You look around you and everything is just pitch dark.

There is nothing happening.

There is no one,

No creature,

No being.

It's just you and your bubble affair.

Keep breathing.

Very good.

And as you look further on that deep darkness in the ocean.

A small beam of light starts to show up.

A white and purple light.

And it starts to come closer to you.

And as this light gets closer,

It gets bigger as well.

And as this light approaches you and touches you.

It takes you on a journey.

That journey takes you somewhere in space and time.

A place in your life where one day you dared to dream.

All you did was dreaming every single day.

You would dream about something you want to get and you would get it.

You would dream about something you want to become and you would become.

You would dream about something that you want to achieve.

And just like that you would achieve it.

A place in time and space where dreaming was a reality.

Where dreaming was possible.

And you could do anything you wanted in your dream.

I don't know which part of your own life timeline it is.

But bring that memory from the time when you dared to dream.

And your dreams,

They were becoming reality.

One day you would want to create a new business.

No problem.

I will do it.

I trust.

Because I know I will achieve it.

One day maybe you thought or you dreamed on starting that next new thing you've been holding back.

And you did it.

You pushed all the limitations aside from you.

And you went on doing.

And now just like that it became true.

There was no limitation,

No constraints,

No obstacles in your life.

Perhaps you wanted to move to a new country.

You did it.

Perhaps you wanted to start your business.

You did it.

Perhaps you wanted to find the partner of your dreams.

No problem.

You did it.

Perhaps you wanted to start a family.

You did it.

Perhaps you wanted to get that promotion in your job.

You did it.

Perhaps you wanted to start that new sport or taking care of your health.

And you did it.

No problem.

All you did was dreaming.

And every single dream,

They became reality.

Keep dreaming.

And just allow yourself to remember that time in your life where dreaming was a possibility.

And all you wanted was to dream.

Dreaming.

Dreaming is becoming reality.

No effort needed.

No resistance.

Just like that,

Your dream would become true.

But one day,

You dream something.

That you really wanted.

You wanted more than anything else in your entire life.

You wanted it so bad that you did everything you could,

Everything you should to achieve that dream.

To make that dream become reality.

And for the first time in your life,

Perhaps you found yourself in a position where that dream didn't become true.

That dream didn't happen.

That dream couldn't become reality.

And you start to develop a sense of rejection to dreaming.

All the effort I could to make that dream become reality.

To make that happen.

And it didn't happen.

I'm never going to dream again.

This is bullshit.

Things,

They don't happen.

And you forgot every single dream you had before.

You forgot all the data you have about yourself.

And self-rejection,

Self-neglect just became your reality.

And you look at yourself and you told yourself,

I'm never going to dream again.

This is bullshit.

I'll just go and do whatever I should do.

I'll start to control things,

To control the outcomes and my behaviors.

And I'll start to do this and I'll have a routine so I can really achieve my things.

Because if I do this and I control that,

Things will happen in this automatic way.

And you start to lose yourself from yourself.

Who do I think I am to dream that big?

I'm never going to dream anymore.

That goal,

That desire,

Forget it.

I'm not doing it.

I'm not going through it.

I don't want to go there.

No,

Forget it.

I'll just do everything I do every day.

Because if I do this,

I'm going to be alright.

I wake up,

I know what I'm going to do.

I go to my work,

I go to my school.

And then I get back home and I sleep.

And the day is gone.

Just like that.

I don't need to put any effort.

I don't need to do anything for my dreams to come true.

Because I'm okay.

Right here where I am.

Life is good.

I have my routine.

But life.

.

.

Starts to be very heavy in that way.

And you wake up every single day with that deep desire.

A desire of living something else.

I want to live this,

But I just don't know what to do.

Perhaps a feeling.

.

.

Of fear?

No,

Shut down.

I'm not going to listen to your mind.

You already put me in a position where I tried to realize my dream and I told everyone and I told myself that I would make that happen.

And nothing happened.

And I felt ashamed.

I felt that I wasn't enough to do that.

Who do I think I am?

To dream that big.

Now,

I'm just going to go back to the normal.

I'm just going to go back to being me.

Because I'm pretty good at being me.

Wow.

But the desire keeps growing.

Telling you that there is more than that.

There is more than just waking up and sleeping every day.

Perhaps your soul.

Perhaps your heart talking to you.

But it keeps shutting it down.

I'm not going to do it.

I'm not going to do it.

It's going to be so hard.

I don't want to go through the shame again.

I don't want to go through the process.

I don't want to feel like a failure anymore.

And you keep pushing away that dream.

Perhaps the dream of starting your new business.

Perhaps the dream of going on a big trip or vacation.

Perhaps the dream of changing your job.

And you keep pushing away because your habits,

Your normality it's pretty good already.

But every time that you face yourself that deep desire comes through.

And the same feelings the same old patterns,

They come back.

Perhaps you give a step towards something but then you step back.

It's like,

No,

I'm not enough.

I'm not good enough in that.

I'm not going to do what people think about me.

I'm not good enough.

It's not going to happen.

It's not going to happen.

I don't want to do that.

Perhaps the feeling of fear,

Anxiety,

Sadness desperation.

I'm not going to do it.

I'm not going to do it.

Just allow your body to feel what it feels.

To go back there.

To go back in a place,

In time and space where you've been rejecting everything you always wanted.

Everything you ever wanted.

I'm going to start it.

I'm going to do it tomorrow.

Monday.

Monday is the day.

I'm taking the leap.

And you organize yourself,

You structurize yourself and you put everything under your control.

Just to step again into the same place.

One step and then what?

Nothing else.

Why?

Why I cannot do that?

Why every single time I try to start something I create obstacles.

I want.

I want.

I deeply want.

But there's this within me that doesn't allow me to do it.

Feel that feeling of saying no to your own dreams.

Of pushing back.

Postponing a decision.

Of something that no longer serves you.

Feel the feeling of postponing your dreams.

How do you feel right now?

When you wake up every single day and you tell yourself again I'll do it tomorrow.

Tomorrow is the best day.

Yeah,

I forgot about today.

Surf is good today.

I have so many mates to catch up.

Maybe I'll just go grab a beer.

I don't know.

I'm gonna do something else.

And then tomorrow comes.

And what?

You do it again.

You do it again.

You keep living the same day over and over again.

Living your yesterday over and over again.

I don't know about you but I'm pretty sure your higher self your higher being is tired of that.

It's tired of giving up.

And you feel physically tired because you keep pushing away.

And as you feel physically tired in that same dream that you are at you feel like going to bed.

And you get yourself ready.

You find yourself in your room.

You sit down on your bed.

Rest your head on your pillow.

And go to sleep.

And just go to sleep.

You're mentally tired physically tired.

And as you sleep you have the best night of sleep ever.

You dream about things that once you wanted and they come back to you.

And you start to feel that sensation again.

That I actually can do stuff.

And you wake up on the next morning feeling very fresh.

Very fresh.

You even look to yourself and ask yourself I have what's going on?

I have never felt that fresh my entire life.

And as you start to wake up slowly it's an easy morning.

The sun is rising.

The rays of the sun is cut into the curtains and the window and hits gently and warmly your face.

And as the sun hits you you feel that sense of happiness.

Just the happiness of waking up another morning with the rising of the sun.

The happiness that comes with the beginning of every single day.

That happiness of being just who you are.

That happiness of being enough.

The happiness that actually having the job of your dreams.

The happiness of living the life of your dreams.

The happiness of being alive.

Be that whatever you once dreamed of.

I invite you to bring to your awareness now that you are living the life of your dreams.

Because the life you are living today one day in the past you dreamed of.

You dreamed about being exactly where you are.

So if there is one responsible for having the life you have right now that one is you.

That responsible is you.

Be that you like your life right now or not like.

But no one to blame.

Because back in the time that life made sense for you.

And guess what?

You are living it right now.

And if you are not happy with the life you are having right now or the life you are living doesn't serve you anymore and you feel that perhaps it is time to do a change to start something new to close a chapter and start a new one then perhaps it is a time to start dreaming again.

Perhaps it is a time to bring back that dreamer version of you that could do and achieve anything you always want.

It is time to dream again and start to bring into your body the sensation of the capacity of being able to dream the happiness that it is just to close your eyes and dream daydream daydream about stuff you want to do the family you want to have the countries and the places you want to visit the people you want to meet stuff you want to do experience you want to have bring that to your third eye your vision field the space in between your eyebrows bring that vision of that beautiful future you see yourself in and allow this vision to take form to take form very good good job keep dreaming keep allowing the vision to become your reality because now my friends it is start time to dream I don't know what that vision looks like for you I don't know what the life of your dreams looks like for you but one thing that I know is that you are capable of creating it you are fully capable of creating it so dream dream about all the things and the stuff you want to live in your life or choose one dream right now that specific thing that you've been pushing away every single day and just allow yourself to see the vision allow the vision to become the experience allow the vision to become the experience allow that vision to take over your body allow that vision to become the experience there we go that's the work allow that experience now to create an emotion an emotion of excitement of happiness of enthusiasm motivation joy sharing gratitude allow the experience to create an emotion right now is the time right here and just live the experience allow the emotion to become your reality right now there is nothing to do your heart is leading the way now your heart knows where it wants to go just allow the experience to create an emotion and that emotion to become the experience very good keep going keep traveling keep on your journey that's your own personal journey it is time to create the future it is time to create your dreams there is no holding back anymore the time of holding back is done is over very good allow your brain to create new neural pathways allow those new neural circuits that are fire and wiring to create chemicals and that chemicals we call emotions emotions are the language of the body teach your body how your future feels like teach your body right now what that vision of the future looks like what is the emotion connected to it what is the emotion linked to realizing your dreams it feels good,

Right?

I know you've been away for too long you've been away for too long dream little kid just dream dream about everything you want to do in life dream about the projects the partner the family the kids everything you want to have because everything is possible the future already exists it just needs to be observed and as you observe your future connect it to an emotion very good and if you haven't dreamed yet I hope this next song and song helps you to imagine the emotion has been created the future has been created has been seen now just allow your heart to guide you just allow the visualization to be the journey and above us is only sky imagine all the people living for today you you may say that I'm a dreamer but I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll join us and the world will live as one imagine there's no countries it isn't hard to do nothing to kill or die for no religion to imagine all the people living a life for peace you you may say that I'm a dreamer but I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll join us and the world will live as one imagine no possessions no need for greed or hunger a brotherhood of man imagine all the people sharing all the world and you may say that I'm a dreamer but I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll join us and the world will live as one what a journey on your own dream keep dreaming keep allowing the dream to be true I don't know what is that that you have dreamed of but I know that today you did plant a seed on your heart and your body and that seed will take fruits and will bloom very soon as long as you keep watering and nourishing it by remembering everything you have lived here today the entire journey you went through very good feel free to hug yourself to touch yourself to do anything you feel like doing right now that might bring you a sense of connection of love very good the night has come again and as the moon rise in your dream that same light that brought you into the dream bring you back to the depth of the ocean that dark place where nothing happens and that same bubble of air and oxygen that keeps you breathing start to get bigger and bigger and bigger and as it get bigger start floating up back to the surface and slowly you start to see the same things you saw on your way down the grief those creatures the beings everything you saw on your way down you see on your way back until you get to that last 10 meters where the ocean is just deep blue and the same dolphins and turtles and whales they come to celebrate you to celebrate your dream they swim around you until you get back to the surface your head is out of the water now and when you look around you realize that you are just next to the shore and slowly you start to swim back to the shore you reach the shore you hit the sand give thanks to the ocean with a beautiful smile grab your stuffs that were hanging on the sand and walk away from the beach and as you walk away from the beach you start to walk walk walk walk until you find yourself back here in the room observing your body from a distance back in the room observing your body from a distance get closer to your body and stand just behind your head look down to your body and smile to it give thanks to this beautiful vehicle of the soul that you have this beautiful and gorgeous body of you that allow you to do everything you want every day and you look down to your body and once more you remember about your dream the dream that you just dreamed of and bring the same emotion and feeling that you just felt once more the happiness the joy the enthusiasm the motivation of doing it the gratitude every time that you need to go back here you just need to close your eyes and remember that emotion that has been created today now step back to the body as you step back to your body take a deep breath start to gently wiggle your fingers and toes your head side to side gentle movements on your body gentle very gentle keep your eyes closed in your own time your own way start to get back to the body and now the journey is very good what a journey we went on good job well done to you take a deep breath in it's time to come back keep your eyes closed take your time gentle movements you just did your time traveled back to the past and forward to the future what a journey take your time to come back here to the present it's nowhere to go but
