
Celebration Meditation
The celebration meditation will guide and invite you to bring awareness to what happened lately in your life, and in an automatic way and behavior you let the opportunity to celebrate each small victory and step forward in your life, while guiding you to transform this energy into a new beginning of a new phase of your life. This meditation was recorded in a live event in Gold Coast, Australia, on December 17th of 2025. Welcome to the Way of Living Meditation.
Regardless if you are an experienced meditator or everything is just new for you,
I ask you to put your expectations on the side for now.
The Way of Living Meditation is a journey within,
It's a journey deep on your emotions,
It's a journey through sound,
Music,
Frequencies,
Vibration,
Visualization and expansion of the consciousness.
This meditation will guide you into a deep state of relaxation,
Will guide and invite you to look at things that you might have been avoiding and will invite you to go in a deep journey within.
The meditation will guide you through a deep relaxation state and you might fall asleep,
That's totally normal.
So,
Please do not attach to any instruction or suggestion and if you do fall asleep as soon as you wake up or recover your consciousness,
Just catch up where you are at the meditation.
Even if you fall asleep,
The work is still being done,
So do not worry about that.
And again,
Let it go of any expectations,
Just open your heart and open your consciousness for what you are about to receive.
Now,
Find a comfortable position,
Ideally lying down,
But if you don't feel comfortable lying down,
You can be seated with your spine straight.
Now,
Make yourself as comfortable as possible.
If you are lying down on the floor,
Bring a blanket to cover you because the body temperature will drop.
Bring a pillow or a cushion to put under your head,
As well as a pillow or a bolster to put under your knees,
So your lower back doesn't feel any strain.
If you are seated,
Make sure that your feet are on the ground and your spine is straight,
But as well,
Make yourself comfortable.
With that in mind,
Make the last adjustments and let's get started.
The body should be still,
It should be speechless,
The breathing should be as it is,
Freely flowing,
In a sense of letting go,
Unfolding,
Letting be.
What does this relaxation state feel like?
It feels like a person that is just coming back from a hard day of work.
The body is fully tired and the mind is content at rest.
The mind is so unpredictable.
Its movements and what it brings to us,
It's unpredictable.
But in the middle of the craziness of our thoughts,
If we are aware of them,
The body is still and silent.
We can just observe the mind and let it be and do its own thing.
Even if the mind is crazy argumentative to an extreme,
If you just observe and if you are just aware,
It will fade away like the sound of an airplane passing by and fading away.
Perform the last adjustments in your body.
Adjust your legs,
Adjust your glutes,
Your hips,
Adjust your upper body,
Adjust your arms,
Adjust your head and neck.
Very good.
Now bring your awareness to your entire body.
Very good.
Relax the muscles,
Relax the organs,
Relax the joints,
Relax your entire body.
Very good.
Now bring your attention to the mind.
Just observe the type of thoughts that you are having right now.
Just let it be.
If you have an important thought right now,
Just put it aside for the next one hour.
Now bring your awareness to the breath.
Do not change,
Do not control.
Just allow the breath to be as it is.
The air comes in and the air comes out.

Observe the rising and the falling of your belly.

Bring your whole awareness to the whole right side of your body.
Observe how light your right side is compared to the left side.
Now bring your attention to the left side of your body.

The left middle finger.
The left ring finger.
The left little finger and relax.
Bring your awareness to the left wrist and relax.

Bring your awareness now to the back of your body.

Your upper back and relax.
Your right shoulder blade and relax.
Your left shoulder blade and relax.
Your neck and relax.
The back of your head and relax.
The top of your head and relax.
Your right ear and relax.

Now bring your awareness to the front of your body.
Forehead and relax.
Right eyebrow and relax.
Bring your attention to the left eyebrow and relax.
The space in between your eyebrows.
And relax.
Your right eyelid and relax.

Bring your awareness to the nose.
And relax.
The tip of the nose.

Bring your awareness to the right cheek and relax.

The jaw and relax.

The throat and relax.
Bring your awareness to the right chest.

The right ribcage.
And relax.

The abdomen and relax.
The navel.

Now bring your awareness to the right side of your body and the left side of your body.

Bring your awareness to the back side of your body.
And the front part of your body.

Bring your awareness to the space in between your body and the floor.

And observe how small this space is.

Bring your awareness back to the space in between your body and the floor.
And observe how big this space is.
How big this space is.

Now bring your awareness to the breathing.
Observe the air coming in through the nostrils.
Passing through the throat.
All the way down to the belly.
The air comes out through the belly.
Passing through the lungs and the throat.
And through the nostrils.
And again the air comes in.
And the air comes out.
Now bring your awareness to the weight of your body.
And observe how light your body is.
Observe how light your body is.
Your body is so light,
But so light that you feel as if you're floating out of the ground.
That you feel as if you're floating out of the ground.
And just observe this sensation.
The sensation of being floating out of the ground.
Now bring your awareness back to the body.
And observe how heavy your body is.
Observe how heavy your body is.
Your body is so heavy,
But so heavy that you feel as if your body is melting into the ground.
That you feel as if your body is melting into the ground.
And you become one with the ground.
The earth just underneath you.
Now bring your awareness back to your heart center.
Bring your awareness back to the heart center.
Feel the pulse and the beat of your heart.
And as your heart pulse and beat,
Allow yourself to go in.
Into every beat of your heart.
Allow yourself to go in.
Into every beat of your heart.
And as you start to go inside,
You start to go on a journey.
A journey through your whole being.
A journey through the whole and entire universe.
The universe within you.
Everything that exists within you.
Every memory,
Every emotion,
Everything you have ever lived before.
Just allow yourself to travel with it.
Perhaps you can see past memories.
Perhaps you can feel something.
Or perhaps it's just black and dark.
It doesn't matter.
Allow yourself to go in this journey within the self.
That's it.
A whole journey through everything that exists.
A journey through earth.
A journey through every single being.
Every single living being.
Every tree.
Every animal.
A journey within you.
What is that that you're feeling right now?
Where is it taking you?
Observe.
Just allow it to come to the surface.
Good job.
And as you go into this journey,
You start to get to somewhere familiar.
Somewhere that you might have been before.
A place that you know.
A place that you like to be.
Something surrounded by nature.
Surrounded by trees.
Beautiful big trees.
Surrounded by creatures,
Animals,
Beings.
A place where you feel safe.
A place where you feel at home.
And you arrive in this beautiful forest.
It's dark.
The full moon is rising.
And the sun,
The light of the full moon is your guide.
Your only guide.
You find a trail just in front of you.
And you walk on this trail.
Easy and nicely.
Looking around to see if you recognize anything.
But all you can see are those big trees.
Some shades of green.
Some yellow.
Eyes observing you and looking at you.
And you keep following the trail.
Every step you take,
You feel a bit safer.
You feel more secure.
And you just keep on going.
Walking,
Walking,
And walking.
Take a deep breath.
You trust yourself and where you're going.
And allow nature to present itself to you.
Just as it is.
You keep walking and walking.
And far on the horizon you see a beautiful waterfall.
And the light of the moon hits it directly.
It's a big waterfall.
And far from far you can listen to it already.
All you're doing,
All you're going is walking.
Just keep walking.
You get closer to the waterfall.
You feel tempted to go for a swim.
You approach the water.
You take your clothes off.
There's no one watching you.
And you start to dip yourself into the water.
You take one step.
You're not that confident.
But the light of the moon makes everything so bright that you can see the depth of the hole.
Of the water hole,
The cave where the waterfall,
The water is running down.
And you get more confident and you go a bit further you go a bit further and further until you have the water all the way up to your neck.
You take a deep breath and you decide to go for a dive.
And you start to go down and go down to the water.
You can see the bottom of it.
It's so bright that you can see the bottom of it.
And as you approach the bottom of the entire water hole a light approaches you.
A white beautiful light approaches you.
With the energy of a mother.
With a feminine energy.
An energy that gives space and holds you.
You feel held.
You feel safe and secure enough to allow this energy this whole feminine entire being to take you on the journey.

This journey where it is taking you.
It's a whole journey.
Back to this entire year.
Back to 2025.
Back to January.
The first day of the year.
What was that that you promised yourself that you would do?
What was that that you made a commitment to do?
To work on?
To achieve?
To make it happen?
A change in your life?
A change in your health?
In your lifestyle?
A change in your relationship?
In your friendships?
Anything.
Go back there to the first day of the year.
And just observe it.
How does it feel now that we are approaching the end of the year?
How are you feeling?
With that thing that you set yourself up to?
Perhaps you haven't made that come true yet.
Perhaps it didn't happen.
Perhaps you changed your goals and your mind and whatever you want to do.
And that's okay.
Because life is made out of change.
Life is change.
Life is constantly change.
But one thing that doesn't change is the way that you celebrate your victories.
It's the way that you celebrate everything you achieve in life.
It's how you honor your path.
What have you done in January that you're so freaking proud of yourself?
That you didn't even have time to celebrate it?
That you didn't even have time to pay attention?
And what you did?
You just went to the next thing.
Okay,
I got it.
Now,
Next thing.
What am I going to do now?
What is the next goal?
Okay,
I got it.
Now,
Next.
What am I going to do now?
What is the next goal?
And we just keep moving from the next thing to the next thing to the next thing.
When are you going to stop and celebrate every single victory,
Small victories you have in your life?
Perhaps the victory of changing a behavior?
Changing the way you're thinking?
Perhaps the victory of letting go of that relationship that no longer serves you?
Letting go of that job that you don't want to do anymore?
Or just a victory of doing something nice for yourself?
Doing something for the other?
What have you done that you forgot to celebrate this year?
How many times have you gone from one thing to the next,
To the next,
To the next?
How does it feel now that you can observe it?
And then you're always on autopilot.
You're always in automatic behavior of doing and going,
Doing and going,
Doing and going,
Becoming and being.
Never stop to celebrate.
And celebration doesn't mean to go to a big party or book yourself a flight somewhere to celebrate that.
It can mean just looking at yourself in the mirror and saying how much you love yourself.
How much you're proud of yourself.
For going through every single process you go in life and honor it.
It's looking at yourself and telling yourself that you're proud of you.
That's what celebration is.
It's how you feel internally,
Not what you do externally.

What have you done in February that you're proud of yourself?
Anything for you?
Or maybe anything that would impact your whole family,
Your whole community,
Or even the whole world that you just did?
It's like,
Okay,
You got it.
Now,
Next.
What am I gonna do next?
Not even enjoying the process.
Because it's not about the goal.
It's about what you become throughout the process.
And if you don't enjoy that,
You're constantly seeking the next thing and the next and the next.
What about March?
What are you celebrating in March that you forgot?
What is an amazing thing you did in March that you didn't even care to give yourself a high five or to call someone and say,
Hey,
I did this and I'm so freaking proud of myself.
What about that change that you have been always wanting and you keep postponing?
And you keep pushing away just because maybe it's too hard.
But this year,
This year you did it.
You got it.
You all done yourself.
You overcame that feeling of,
Oh,
I'm not gonna do,
I don't know.
And you did it.
That day you woke up and you told yourself,
I'm not gonna listen to you anymore.
I'm gonna become that what I want to become.
That what I deserve to be.
And you changed your habit.
You changed the way that you're thinking.
You changed your emotion.
You changed your entire life.
What about that?
When did that happen this year?
How did you feel with that?
When you say no to old patterns.
When you say no to the things that no longer serve you.
And you stand up to yourself.
And you stood up to what you believe.
You stopped taking shit from other people.
And you decided to be your own guy.
To take ownership of your own freaking life.
When did that happen?
Was it in April?
In May?
In June?
In July?
When you took the bold decision to overcome yourself.
To break the habit of being yourself.
Because that's where you're stuck.
Being yourself every freaking day.
When did that happen?
When did you break the habit?
When did you become something else?
When did you say yes to yourself?
When did you say yes to your heart?
When did you say yes to who you want to be?
Was it in August?
September?
October?
November?
What are you celebrating?
What happened in all of those months?
Did you achieve that goal that you set at the beginning of the year?
Did you do what you wanted to do?
Or did that change?
Did you celebrate the change as well?
And here we are in December.
The last month of the year.
It's your last opportunity to celebrate it.
What have you done so far in December that is so freaking proud of yourself?
Maybe you booked yourself a flight to go somewhere that you always wanted to visit but you keep pushing away.
Or you bought yourself that course that you've been wanting to do that might change your life.
Or you decided to step up in your work and take a new position,
A new role.
Or you decided to step up in your relationship.
What is happening in 2025 for you?
Give yourself the power to access that and celebrate it.
Everything that went by,
Everything that went through,
You cannot change.
It can't be changed.
It's already in the past.
And the past is just a memory.
You can look back.
You can learn.
But it cannot change.
Today is the only day where you can start to change everything you have lived.
You can start to change your life and decide who you want to be from now on.

How does it feel to look back and see that the year went just like that.

But good news are you can start creating a new life.

I know it can be challenging to look at it all.

And allow yourself to access that you set yourself to.
And celebrate it.
Celebrate what you have achieved.

It could be waking up one day and rather than going straight to your cell phone you went for a run.
You went for a walk.
You did a meditation.
You weighed something different.
Go back to January and celebrate it.
I don't know what's going on in your world.
But I know that something happened in January that might have changed your whole life.

What change have you done in February that changed your whole year?
Feel it.
What was that that you did for yourself in February?
Maybe you changed the way that you're thinking.
Maybe you changed the way that you're feeling.
What about March?
What happened in March?
What are you celebrating in March?
Maybe it wasn't a big goal.
Maybe it wasn't something huge.
It was just a small change.
Because life is made of small change.
Life is made of small change.
Those big things they're amazing.
It's so good to be there.
But guess what?
They're made of small change as well.

Feel the happiness that comes through once you observe that has been there for so long and you've been denying it.
Maybe you got yourself that new car.

Maybe you decided to start this new project that you've been dreaming for so long.
Maybe you decided to stop doing that behavior that no longer serves you and that just puts you down.
Maybe it was the behavior of shutting down and not saying your truth.
Not being yourself.
And you decided to step up in your life and be who you are.
What about October and November?
How much you're loving yourself in those months?
Self love.
What have you done for yourself?
What do you allow yourself to do that you never did?
How many times did you say no to you?
But then you decided to start saying yes.
And things start to change just like that.
And your entire life starts to change.
Your whole environment starts to change.
People around you start to notice and perceive that change in you.
And oh,
There's something happening here.

It's fun,

When we change,
The whole environment around us changes as well.

But let me tell you one thing.
The year is about to end.
It's the end of a cycle.
And when this cycle finishes,
A new one starts.
The year 2026 is just around the corner.
And I know so many things,
So much has been happening in your life throughout this whole year.
And perhaps until now you haven't realized that the year went like that and that you didn't celebrate much.
But let me tell you one thing right now.
Now is the time for you to create and set the intention and the energy for how you want your whole and entire 2026 to be.
What is that that you're bringing up to 2026 with you?
What is the energy that you're stepping into 2026 and bringing that to you,
With you?
What is the change that you want to see in your life?
What is the change that you want to see in the life of those around you?
What is the change that you want to see in the whole world?
What are you creating in 2026 that might change your life,
Not just right now,
But for your whole time on earth?
Isn't that impactful?
Isn't that meaningful for you?
To know that you can access anything you want at any time.
The future already exists.
You just need to be observed.
Now,
My sisters and my brothers,
I invite you to go on a journey of dreaming,
Of setting an intention,
Of feeling an energy,
A whole energy of what you want your 2026 to be.
What is that that calls your attention the most right now?
What is that that your heart tells you and keeps telling you but you decide to not listen?
You decide to listen to your mind?
What is that that your heart keeps telling you that you're not listening?
Just observe.
What do you want to create in your life?
What is the impact you want it to be in your life?
Where are you placing your energy?
Where are you placing your attention?
Because where you place your attention,
It is where your energy goes.
Do you want to keep placing your attention to things that doesn't matter to you anymore?
Or do you really want to start to change and place your attention to things that are meaningful?
Things that you deserve?
Things that you love?
Things that light up your heart and your whole being?
Things that energize you and make you vibrant?
Set an intention.

Choose one right now.
And set one intention.
A clear intention of what you want from 2026.
Set that intention.
See it.
Go on this whole journey of feeling your intention.
See it.
Just come in front of your eyes.
What is the intention?
What is that that your heart tells you?
Nice.
Now that you can visualize that what you want,
Bring an elevated emotion with it.
What is the emotion that it is connected to this intention?
Is it happiness?
Is it fulfillment?
Is it gratitude?
Is it motivation,
Enthusiasm?
Is it joy?
Love?
What is the emotion connected to this experience that you're seeing just in front of your eyes right now?
This entire visualization of what you want from 2026.
Your dreams.
Your goal.
What is the emotion connected to it?
Allow the experience to create an emotion.
Visualize it.
See it.
Observe it.
Now,
Allow the emotion to become the experience.
Allow the emotion to become the experience.
There we go.
That's what we're talking about.
Teach your body what it feels to do that.
What you're setting your attention and your energy into.
When you get there,
What is the feeling you're gonna be feeling?
Is it happiness?
Is it enthusiasm?
Is it motivation?
Joy?
Love?
What is that?
Teach your body what it feels like to be there already and pull the future towards you.
If you can create an image in your mind you can create an emotion.
Set an emotion.
Set an intention.
Set an emotion.
Teach your body.
Feel from your head to toes the whole energy.
The whole emotion.
The feeling.
That's where your subconscious mind lives in on your body.
Teach it.
Reprogram it.
Change it.
What are you bringing with you to 2026?
It is time to stop saying no to yourself and go after everything you believe everything you dreamed of.
That's what I'm talking about.

Allow yourself to feel.
See this whole journey in front of your eyes and teach your body what it feels like.
What are you creating in 2026?
Tell me.

Tell yourself.
I know it feels good,

And remember of that being full of light,
That feminine energy that held you and took you into this whole journey.
It presents itself again for you.
And let you go.
It helps you to go up in the surface.
Back to the surface of the waterfall.
You say thank you.
You express your gratitude to this light being that has been following you into this whole journey.
You get out of the waterfall.
You grab your clothes.
You put your clothes on.
The sun is rising.
It's day again.
And you start to walk back again on the same trail that took you to this whole waterfall,
To this whole journey.
And now you look at those beautiful trees and you see how majestic they are.
How incredible they are.
And you see the animals that were watching you.
You see the creatures that were watching you.
You see everything.
Now you see everything.
And you keep walking,
You keep walking and walking and walking.
And as you walk through the forest you start to go back into your body.
The whole universe is calling you.
The same images.
The same memories.
The same love.
And now that you can feel it a different energy.
A different being.
Perhaps it's just different now.
Back into your heart.
Give thanks to yourself.
Give yourself a beautiful hug.
A powerful hug.
Just to express how grateful you are.
Just for being here.
Just for being alive.
Just for being who you are.
That's what life is about.
Celebrate every single small moment,
Small victory.

The fact that we are alive.
That we are breathing.
That we are healthy.
And when you've got it your life starts to change.
