It's good to see you here, we feel joy to share this meditation with you, and grateful for the path we are all walking together. The self-love meditation was created out of my own process with self-love, to then understanding emotions and feelings that we all share as human in this specific topic - Self-Love. The meditation was recorded during a live event on the 19/11 of November, 2025 in the Gold Coast. We hope you enjoy it, as much as we did. Welcome to the way of living meditation.

Regardless if you are an experienced meditator or everything is just new for you,

I ask you to put your expectations on the side for now.

The way of living meditation is a journey within,

Is a journey deep on your emotions,

Is a journey through sound,

Music,

Frequencies,

Vibration,

Visualization and expansion of the consciousness.

This meditation will guide you into a deep state of relaxation,

Will guide and invite you to look at things that you might have been avoiding and will invite you to go in a deep journey within.

The meditation will guide you through a deep relaxation state and you might fall asleep.

That's totally normal.

Please do not attach to any instruction or suggestion and if you do fall asleep,

As soon as you wake up or recover your consciousness,

Just catch up where you are at the meditation.

Even if you fall asleep,

The work is still being done,

So do not worry about that.

And again,

Let it go of any expectations,

Just open your heart and open your consciousness for what you are about to receive.

Now,

Find a comfortable position,

Ideally lying down,

But if you don't feel comfortable lying down,

You can be seated with your spine straight.

Now,

Make yourself as comfortable as possible.

If you are lying down on the floor,

Bring a blanket to cover you because the body temperature will drop.

Bring a pillow or a cushion to put under your head,

As well as a pillow or a bolster to put under your knees so your lower back doesn't feel any strain.

If you're seated,

Make sure that your feet are on the ground and your spine is straight,

But as well make yourself comfortable.

With that in mind,

Make the last adjustments and let's get started.

Now,

In a lying down position,

Perform the last adjustments.

Adjust your legs,

Adjust your hips,

Your lower back,

Adjust your shoulders,

Adjust your arms,

Adjust your neck and your head.

Very good.

Now,

Bring your awareness back to the whole body and relax your muscles,

Relax your bones,

Relax your joints,

Your body tissues,

Your organs,

Relax your belly,

Your heart and your face.

Bring awareness to the mind and if there is any important thought right now,

Just put it aside for the next one hour.

Bring your awareness to the breath and do not change anything,

Do not control,

Just observe the natural rhythm of the breath in and out,

In and out,

Flowing freely as it is.

There is a sense of surrendering,

Letting go,

Unfolding,

Letting be.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the whole right side of your body.

Bring your awareness to the right hand and relax.

The top of the right hand and relax.

The palm of the right hand and relax.

The right thumb,

The right index finger,

The right middle finger and relax.

The right ring finger and relax.

The right little finger and relax.

Bring your awareness to the right wrist and relax.

The right forearm and relax.

The right elbow and relax.

The right upper arm and relax.

The right shoulder and relax.

The right side abdomen and relax.

The right hip and relax.

The right thigh and relax.

The right knee and relax.

The right calf muscle and relax.

The right shin bone and relax.

The right ankle and relax.

The right heel and relax.

The top of the right foot and relax.

The sole of the right foot and relax.

The right big toe,

The right second toe,

The right third toe,

The right fourth toe,

And the right fifth toe.

Now bring your awareness to the whole right side of your body and observe how light it is compared to the left side.

Now bring your awareness to the whole left side of your body.

The whole left side of your body.

Your left hand and relax.

The top of the left hand and relax.

The palm of the left hand and relax.

The left thumb,

The left index finger,

The left middle finger and relax.

The left ring finger,

The left little finger and relax.

The left wrist and relax.

The left forearm and relax.

The left elbow and relax.

The left upper arm and relax.

The left shoulder and relax.

The left side abdomen and relax.

Now bring your awareness to the whole left side of your body.

And observe how light it is.

As light as the right side.

Now bring your awareness to the back of your body.

Your right glute and relax.

The left glute and relax.

The lower back and relax.

The mid back and relax.

The upper back and relax.

The right shoulder blade and relax.

The left shoulder blade and relax.

The neck and relax.

The back of the head and relax.

The top of the head and relax.

The right ear and relax.

The left ear and relax.

Now bring your awareness to the front of your body.

The forehead and relax.

The right eyebrow and relax.

The left eyebrow and relax.

The space in between the eyebrows and relax.

The right eyelid and relax.

The left eyelid and relax.

The right eye and relax.

The left eye and relax.

The right cheek and relax.

The left cheek and relax.

The nose and relax.

The upper lip and relax.

The bottom lip and relax.

The jaw and relax.

The tongue relax.

The teeth relax.

Bring your awareness to the throat and relax.

The right chest and relax.

The left chest and relax.

The right ribcage and relax.

The left ribcage and relax.

The abdomen and relax.

The navel,

The navel,

The navel.

Now bring your awareness back to the right side of your body and the left side of your body.

Right and left,

Left and right.

Bring your awareness to the back of your body and the front of your body.

Back and front,

Front and back.

Now bring your awareness to the space in between your body and the floor.

The space in between your body and the floor.

And observe how small is the space in between your body and the floor.

And observe how big is the space in between your body and the floor.

Bring your awareness back to the breath.

And observe the air flowing in,

All the way down to the belly and flowing out,

All the way out through the nostrils.

The air gently flowing in,

All the way down to the belly,

Passing through the chest,

The lungs,

Coming out,

Passing through the chest and through the lungs,

Through the throat,

All the way out through the nostrils.

Bring your attention back to the body,

To the whole body,

And observe how heavy your body is,

And observe how heavy your body is.

Your body is so heavy,

So heavy that it feels as if it is melting on the ground.

Now bring your awareness to how light your body is,

How light your body is.

Your body is so light,

But so light that you feel as if you're floating out of the ground,

That you feel as if you're floating out of the ground.

And as you float out of the ground,

Feel your body moving up all the way up to the ceiling and down back close to the ground,

Moving up all the way up to the ceiling and down lowering close to the ground,

Moving up all the way up to the ceiling and stay there.

And as you float out of the ground,

Allow this frequency to take you on a journey,

Whatever that journey is for you right now.

Now,

As you float out of the ground,

Step outside of your body,

Step outside of your body,

Step outside of your body,

And observe your body from a distance.

Observe your own body lying on the floor from a distance.

And start to walk.

And as you start to walk,

You find yourself in the middle of the nature.

Walking through big trees,

Walking through waterfalls,

Walking through the forest,

Walking through the jungle.

Just visualize anything that's familiar for you,

A place that you might have been.

Walk through the nature,

You pass through some waterfalls,

You keep following the trail,

You see some animals around,

And far on the horizon,

You see that the landscape starts to open up.

You get to the end of the trail,

And you find yourself in a valley.

A valley full of flowers,

A beautiful valley that extends far,

Far on the horizon,

Full of orange,

Red,

White,

Blue flowers.

A beautiful valley surrounded by mountains.

And you walk through the flower field,

You feel the smell of each one of those flowers.

You feel so relaxed,

You feel so nurtured,

You feel nourished,

You feel safe,

Secure,

And loved.

And as you walk through the field,

You see another trail.

You look around,

And there is nowhere to go but forward.

You get yourself into the trail,

In the middle of the forest again.

But this time,

It's very different from before.

It's a different forest,

Something that you have never seen before.

It's a sacred place.

The sun is up,

It's a bit warm today.

You see the rays of the sun cutting through the big leaves of the trees.

It's humid outside there.

And you can see that you've been observed.

The whole time.

Something,

Someone is observing you,

Through this entire nature.

You start to feel a bit desperate,

Perhaps anxious,

Afraid.

You don't know what's gonna happen,

But you just keep moving forward,

Passing through the trees,

Following the trail.

Just keep following the trail.

Time goes by,

The sun starts to set,

And you look straight forward.

You can see a big old pyramid.

A big old pyramid.

And all you can think is to get there as soon as possible,

Because the sun is setting,

And you have nowhere to go.

You start to speed up your pace,

And you get there.

You get close to the pyramid.

The pyramid is covered in green from the jungle.

The jungle has been taken over.

It's old,

Older than humanity.

Older than you.

The moon starts to rise.

It's a full moon.

It's a full moon day.

See the full moon rising,

Just in front of your eyes.

Just like this.

And as the moon rises,

A door appears at the bottom of the pyramid for you.

You have nowhere to go but inside.

You look around.

There is no handle.

There is no lock.

But a few words start to show up on the door.

It's a spell,

A code to allow you to go in.

For you to go in,

You've got to repeat,

You've got to chant the spell.

Repeat it silently in your mind.

I open the doors of my soul.

I open the doors of my soul.

And just like this,

The pyramid opens up.

You get inside,

And it is pitch dark.

You can't see a thing.

But you see that there are three doors just in front of you.

Three doors just in front of you.

You look around.

You don't know which one to take.

You've got to take one.

And you contemplate your choice.

And you allow your heart to guide you.

And your heart tells you,

Take the one on the left.

Take the one on the left.

You breathe in,

You gather all your energies,

And you open the door on the left.

And as you open the door on the left,

It is just a portal that takes you back in time.

A portal that takes you back in time.

Back on this morning,

When you woke up,

Observe yourself after you waking up today.

Last month,

Observe what you did last month,

Where you are at.

Last year,

And you just keep going back in time.

When you are on your teenager years,

In your childhood,

And just keep going back in time.

All the way to a fresh memory that you have of you being a babe.

Around three to five years old.

Go back to when you were three to five years old.

A place in time and space,

Where love was abundant.

Love was abundant to you.

You received love from all directions,

In all ways.

Through words,

Through actions,

Through care and affection,

Through recognition,

Through acceptance.

Go back to this memory,

Where all you felt was love.

Your parents would come to you and say,

Look at you,

How beautiful you are.

I love you.

Your relatives,

Your first educators,

They would take care of you.

No doubt.

All you felt was love.

Love was abundant.

People would cook for you,

Would feed you,

Would say how amazing you are,

How incredible you are,

Just by being who you are.

People would want to hang around you.

And you start to grow a bit older,

Around your seven,

Nine years old.

You're still feeling that love.

Your parents still come to you and say,

I love you.

You don't need to do anything.

I just love you as you are.

You don't need to become anything.

I love you as you are.

They would give to you stuffs,

They would give you stuffs,

And it would come from all directions.

From every single place.

And from every single person.

Very good.

Just feel it.

How is it to be loved?

There we go,

That's it.

Love is abundant and it's everywhere.

And you grow old.

Perhaps on your 10 to 30.

You got to school.

Things will be a bit different.

The love that you used to get start to change.

You got back home.

You don't have good grades.

You feel apprehensive.

You don't know what to do.

All you can hear is disapproval.

Everything is wrong.

And you might question yourself.

Where is that love that I felt,

That I was feeling just right now?

What happened to it?

People would come to me and say how beautiful,

How amazing I am.

People would gift me stuffs.

I didn't have to have good grades to be loved.

I was enough.

And now everything changed.

And as you grow older,

In your teenager years,

15,

16,

17.

You just don't know anymore.

What is love?

Neither you know what is self-love.

Because you are not given that anymore.

You started to chase externally.

As you grow older,

In your 20s,

All you want is to be recognized by who you are.

You look for status.

You look for things.

You start to change yourself,

Change your body,

Change the way that you speak,

The way that you see things,

The way that you say,

The way that you live.

Your clothes.

Perhaps your own body.

And you start to change,

Change,

Change,

And change.

And chase,

And chase,

And chase.

That external love that's not there anymore.

That external love that you're missing.

And you start to do things to be recognized.

If I do this,

I'll be recognized for that.

Oh,

If I change this,

People will praise me.

I will receive a compliment.

If I do that,

If I change my body,

If I get healthy,

If I go on a diet,

And I go to the gym,

People will look at me as someone to be recognized.

Someone to be looked after.

Someone that has a status.

And still,

You don't get it.

It doesn't come.

It might come in a short way.

People might look at you as like,

Oh,

You're looking nice.

Oh,

Did you change something?

But it's still chasing that deep feeling of love.

And you start to feel rejected.

Because you do things,

Waiting and wanting to receive something.

And it doesn't come.

And you feel that your whole external environment is rejecting you.

Why am I not being accepted as I am?

What am I not being loved as I am?

What's going on?

What is wrong with me?

I'm doing everything.

And you start to do,

Do,

Do more,

Do more,

Do more for the others,

Do more for people.

And you start to exhaust yourself.

Exhaust yourself from doing.

Doing,

Doing and doing.

Just to get nothing out of it.

No recognition.

No affirmation.

No love.

No acceptance.

Nothing.

You start to abandon yourself.

Because you just don't know how to love yourself anymore either.

Rejection,

Self-abandonment.

People pleasing,

Pleasing others.

Because if I please that person,

He or she might say,

Oh,

Look at you.

Thank you very much.

I feel nourished.

Now,

Now I feel good.

Feel,

Feel what it feels.

To not be recognized.

To not be accepted as you are.

To live without any validation.

To live without any love.

And stop doing things that are important to you.

Just because you understand at some point that if you do for the other,

You might get that tiny bit of what you're missing.

That tiny bit of what you're missing inside of you.

Just feel it.

Allow the body to feel it.

To go back in time.

And with doing and doing and doing,

Exhaustion comes in.

And you feel so tired,

So tired.

You feel drained.

You can't do that anymore.

Look at you.

Chasing externally everything.

Doing,

Waiting.

With exhaustion,

Comes a time to reset.

A time to begin again.

It's not an easy place to be.

But here you are.

You woke up to understand that everything you were feeling,

Everything you were chasing externally,

Was just a way of life telling you that what you chase externally is what you're missing inside.

The acceptance you chase externally is just you not accepting yourself.

Not accepting your decisions,

Your thoughts,

Your ideals,

Your concepts of life.

All the recognition you chase and you look after externally.

The status,

The appraisal.

It's all a way of telling you that you got to recognize yourself.

You are the only one that can do it.

The affirmation that you seek on others,

It's you not affirming your own choice.

It's you not being you.

The love that you so chase outside,

It is the love that you don't give to you.

Through self-care,

Through words,

Through actions,

Through following your heart and your dreams.

When was the last time you look at yourself in the mirror and say,

Hey,

You're freaking amazing.

Acts of love,

Self-love.

And the day that you understood that,

You gather all your energies,

Everything you have within you,

And you start to be yourself again.

You start to do things that are meaningful for you,

Things that you want to do,

Things that you love without being afraid of judgment,

Without seeking recognition because you knew that it has to come from you.

You recognize yourself,

Your actions,

Your decisions,

Your pathway,

The way that you want to live your life.

And who is judging who but yourself?

And that day you connected to self-love again.

That day you remember what does it mean to love yourself so much that there's nothing to do but to connect and feel your heart and be who you're meant to be.

Feel,

Feel that love that comes from within.

Feel no external recognition,

No external acceptance,

Just pure love.

People might tell you how selfish you are because you just think of yourself.

But if you don't do for you,

No one else will do.

Feel now is the time to create,

To go back in time,

To live a journey in space and time where you can create a new emotion,

Where you can teach your body what does it feel to love yourself,

To love yourself so much that you don't care to what people think,

To love yourself so much that you can truly be you.

You wake up every day and you just do you.

And you have the courage to change your entire life through self-love.

Live that job that no longer serves you.

Go and do what your heart tells you to do.

Live that relationship that no longer serves you.

Feel what self-love feels.

Visualize it.

Allow the visualization to become the experience.

Allow the experience to be reality right now.

It's happening.

Allow the experience to create an emotion and allow the emotion to become the experience.

Allow your body to feel self-love.

Teach your body how does it feel to love yourself.

Teach your body right now how does it feel to love yourself.

Right here.

Fire,

New neurocircuits,

Fire and wire,

New chemicals.

Allow the emotions to speak through the body and allow the consciousness and the brain to connect to it.

Visualize it.

You live in the life of your dreams through self-love,

Through self-care,

Through self-acceptance,

Self-recognition,

Self-affirmation,

Self-validation.

You don't need no one to tell you what is right or wrong,

What is good or not.

You know it.

You know your path.

Feel it.

My love is just a reminder.

Just a reminder,

Find your center.

Help me record that first morning,

Sunlight adorning,

Cracks on the floor,

Well it's served as a warning.

Everything's changing,

I'll rearrange it.

Give yourself perfection,

Care,

Acts of self-love.

If you feel like hugging yourself,

Hug yourself.

Just do whatever you feel like doing.

Create a new emotion,

A new relationship to your body,

To yourself.

Create a new vision to your life.

It's happening right here,

Right now.

It just needs to be observed.

Just observe it.

How powerful you are.

How incredible you are.

How loved you are.

How beautiful you are,

Just by being you.

And with self-love comes the expansion of it.

Love,

It's unlimited.

So why hold just for ourselves?

As you nourish yourself with self-love,

You feel good and free now to share with others.

And you start doing things for others to serve,

To give,

To receive in a genuine way.

A love that comes within,

Naturally.

Not a love that is chasing recognition,

Acceptance,

Validation.

It's a love that you meet the person next to you,

Just where they are at,

In the same frequency.

And the doing now,

The giving,

Comes within.

It comes with authenticity.

And authenticity is powerful,

Because it can change your entire life,

The life of your family,

Of your community,

Your country,

And the whole world.

Through self-love.

Feel it.

Feel it.

Act of serving,

Of giving.

The thought of,

I'm gonna do this,

And people will praise me for that,

Doesn't exist anymore.

Now,

It's just,

I will do this,

Because I feel like doing this,

And that's what will nourish me.

That's what my heart tells me.

Teach your body to give as much as you receive.

Teach your body to give as much as you receive from yourself.

Beautiful work,

Everyone.

Just keep creating the emotion.

Just keep creating the emotion.

Allow your body to feel it.

Teach your body.

Love is powerful,

And it is within,

Within you.

Receive.

The blessings of Ram and Hanuman.

We begin our moment of here and now,

Together.

Behind all of this stuff,

Allow us the opportunity to cut through so much of our melodrama,

And just meet inside our head.

And from this place,

We can explore where we are on this journey.

What we do understand,

And what we don't.

May or may not be of use to whoever you think you presently are.

The validity of the things that are said,

I don't know.

Because if you're going to see love in another being,

You must first see love in yourself.

You must first see back into the place behind your body,

Behind your personality,

Behind your senses,

Behind your thoughts.

Back.

And the vibration that you emit when you are resting in that place,

Resonates with every human being.

And you become the optimum environment for everybody you meet to experience that love within themselves.

The only work we have to do is on ourselves.

If they are not part of the purification of our life,

We've lost the thread.

And if that being is purified of all desire,

Starvation,

Overpopulation,

Integration,

Ecological,

Pollution,

We're the consciousness of mankind to change.

All of these problems exist because man's mind defines who he thinks he is,

And who he thinks everyone else is.

And what he thinks this life is all about.

With that energy,

That frequency in your body,

I invite you to look at you.

Look at how beautiful you are.

How incredible you are.

How amazing you are.

Tell yourself how great you are,

How amazing you are.

Just give thanks.

Keep telling yourself how incredible,

How beautiful,

How loved,

How powerful you are.

This start each day like this,

And yours will be a beautiful,

Peaceful,

Open,

And loving day.

Place your hand on your heart and lower your head.

And begin by saying thank you.

Thank you to life.

Thank you for life.

Thank you for you.

Thank you for me.

Thank you for the mind and the senses.

Thank you that I can say thank you.

Thank you for each and every encounter today.

Thank you for what is bitter or sweet.

For all are gifts for my growing.

Thank you.

Thank you,

Life.

Thank you.

Thank you for the air that I can breathe.

Thank you for these songs you've given me.

Thank you for the times I couldn't see.

Now we're free.

Thank you for this simple life I know.

Thank you for the pain of letting go.

Thank you for the times I felt alone.

Now we're home.

You find yourself back inside the pyramid,

Getting out of the left door that you went in,

Right in the beginning of the journey.

And to get out of the pyramid,

There is a code to be saved,

A spell.

Repeat it silently in your mind.

I let it go.

Everything that no longer serves me.

I let it go.

Anything that no longer serves me.

And just like that,

You're out of the pyramid,

Walking back in the forest.

The sun is rising.

It's daylight again.

You walk on a trail,

Still humid and warm.

And you walk and walk and you walk.

You see the animals that have been watching you,

Praising you for the journey you've been.

They have been protecting you all the time.

How incredible you are.

How beautiful you are.

And you pass through the valley full of flowers.

Those blue,

Orange,

Yellow,

Red flowers.

You pass through the waterfalls,

Through the plants.

Nice.

Just feel it.

How it's good to be in nature.

And just like that,

You're back here in this room,

Observing your body from a distance.

Observing your body from a distance.

Observing your body from a distance.

You get close to your body and you step back to the body.

Step back to the body.

Step back into the body.

Good job.

In your own way,

In your own time,

Start to bring a deep breath to the body.

Reconnecting to your sense.

Gently wiggling the fingers and toes.

Performing some movements on the head,

Side to side.

And welcoming yourself back to your avatar after this whole journey.

Gently move your body.

And take your time to integrate everything you have lived today.
