Namaste and welcome to your Higher Light Harmonization Guided Meditation to the Root Chakra.

Begin to take some slow deep breaths in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Allow yourself to direct your focus to the Root Chakra,

Resting at the base of your spine,

Connecting to the hips and upper thighs.

With each breath,

You become more aware of the energy in this space.

Allow for all of the emotions,

All of the sensations,

The freedom to be,

And simply observe them,

Knowing this is all temporary.

Begin to notice an aura of red in the center of this sacred space.

The Root Chakra is of foundation,

Security.

It is where you hold all of the confidence that everything is going to be okay,

Because all of your basic needs have been met.

And as you are facing these energies slower and deeper,

Set the intention for anything that is uncomfortable.

Any of the doubts of your security,

Your strength,

Are being released now.

As you witness this energy leaving the Root Chakra,

This red aura is getting brighter,

And a new energy is being replaced.

All of the security that comes from your deep knowing that everything is happening for your highest good,

All of the security financially,

All of the security of your needs being met,

Enhances this red color and fills the space,

So that you breathe in all that you desire as you now have harmonized your Root Chakra.

As you embrace this moment,

In truth,

Begin to bring yourself back,

Knowing that you are ready to take on the rest of your day,

That you are secure and strong.
