We call upon you in your astral realm.

Allow you to enter into our medbeds,
Participate in our meetings,
We hold space for your challenges,
Your curiosities,
All in the name of your ascension,
As we are here in support of you in your development,
As all of us in the solar systems within and surrounding you are impacted by what happens here and now,
On earth,
In this time and other times.
There are many of you that are moving on,
Still maintaining the frequency they have been maintaining,
And this is an opportunity for those who are ready to continue their ascension journey,
Knowing they are not alone,
Knowing we are here,
Ushering in the new energies,
Supporting you,
Your upgrades,
Downloads,
And awareness.
We ask you,
Dear ones,
To not lean into fear,
To not answer to the fear that is blaring all around you.
When you are in this frequency,
You are not able to join and continue with the ascension you have chosen.
If you continue to choose fear,
You will remain with those who are choosing fear,
And while there is no right or wrong,
You will experience earth in the same way you have been,
As opposed to the ways that it can be.
Wherever you feel called to be,
Even if it is in those lower frequencies,
Honor that journey and path.
It may feel challenging for you to accept that you are not ready for this new frequency.
You will get there in divine timing.
This is not a race.
Trust your process and where you are guided to be.
Some of you,
Many of you,
Are meant to stay in this frequency to support at the transition,
At the bridge between these frequencies.
Some of you may be in a liminal space between these frequencies.
Many of you are in this time,
In this space,
Finding your way to the new frequency and choosing still what to leave behind.
Some of you still have attachments that you are not willing to get rid of.
For those to move on,
You will need to release what is no longer serving you,
Even if that is what feels most comfortable.
We invite you to see that you are in a safe space and place to exist in whichever timeline and plane you feel called to.
While the chaos remains,
There is much peace and unconditional love to tap into.
There is much being created within the higher frequencies,
And this has always been the case.
As you increase your light body in this ascension journey,
You will become more and more acquainted with these frequencies and the ease that it is to merge into them.
Those of you who are finding it more challenging to let go of these lower frequencies may be experiencing some of your challenges imbued as tests at this time.
For some of you,
This will be temporary,
As you will experience the beating of the big boss.
When you realize the boss is within you,
You will stop fighting,
And you will start believing in your ability to ascend to change behaviors and to change your beliefs.
This is a new paradigm where you get to choose and experience exactly what you desire.
Find your way into this new belief system,
Dear ones.
Find your way to activities helping you to come into these new beliefs,
To release what is no longer serving you,
To face your challenges head-on.
As you release this fear,
You will experience a heightening of anxiety as if your emotions are afraid of never being felt again,
As if they are people who are ready to die.
This is not true.
Emotions are emotions.
These are frequencies,
And these are not beings experiencing emotions.
Emotions do not experience the emotions themselves.
They simply are.
So you do not to feel any guilt.
You do not have to feel rushed into this process.
This is happening at the exact pace that it needs to,
And while it may feel like there is a pressure and a quickening,
Some of you are slowing down and entering into a slower pace where you can process that much faster and easier.
It is much easier to make big changes when you are slowing down.
It is safer for you,
In your heart,
To be aware of each moment where you are making these new decisions.
Release the need to control the process.
Release the need to control those who are creating chaos,
And release the need to control the outcome.
Focus on where you are in the present moment.
Whatever feels most sincere to focus on in that moment is where your attention is needed.
As soon as you release the fear of the have-tos,
You will find so much peace in experiencing whatever presents itself to you.
Either way,
You are learning very much,
And we are very proud of you for not giving up,
For staying in the frequency,
Or moving to the new frequency that you are called to.
Each and every decision that you make is something that is important for your design and for the collective as a whole.
We honor you and your ascension.
We are here to support you and protect you as the waves of energy become more intense.
