Welcome to our Yoga Nidra Guided Sleep Meditation session, designed to help you experience deep relaxation and enjoy a restful night's sleep. Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a powerful practice that induces profound relaxation while maintaining awareness, making it an ideal technique for preparing the body and mind for deep rest. In this guided meditation, you'll be gently led through a series of instructions to release tension from your body, calm your mind, and enter a state of complete relaxation. Starting from your toes and moving upward, you'll progressively relax each part of your body, allowing stress and tension to melt away. Throughout the session, you'll focus on your breath, syncing it with your movements and guiding your mind into a state of tranquility. Visualizations and affirmations will further deepen your relaxation, helping you to let go of any worries or thoughts that may be keeping you awake.

Hello and welcome to this guided relaxation.

I invite you to find a comfortable position.

On this journey,

A blanket and a pillow can be great companions,

And when you have nestled in,

Allow your eyes to gently close,

And wherever you are,

Take a big inhalation through your nose,

And exhale it all through your mouth.

Feel a wave of relaxation washing over you.

For the next coming moments,

We will do conscious,

Connected breathing.

So as you inhale,

You mentally repeat,

I,

And as you exhale,

You mentally repeat,

Am.

Following your breath and creating a soothing rhythm,

With inhalations and exhalations unanimous,

We will now add to our conscious,

Connected breathing.

So inhale,

I,

Exhale,

Am.

Inhale,

Here,

Exhale,

Now.

Following your breath and following your mantra without the clock,

Your mental and physical body will give you 10,

000 reasons to stop breathing.

If you lose your rhythm,

Gently return to the inhalation,

Here.

By synchronizing our breath to our mind,

We allow ourselves to arrive into the present moment,

Uninterruptedly following your breath,

Allowing vivid colors and patterns to emerge in the darkness beneath your closed eyes,

Allowing the rhythm of your breath to become unwavering,

I,

Here,

Now.

We will add a final inhalation and exhalation.

So as we inhale,

We repeat mentally,

I,

Exhale,

Am,

Exhale,

Now,

Inhale,

In,

Exhale,

This.

I,

In,

This.

Allowing mind,

Body and breath to merge as you become one with the present moment.

Following your breath,

In and out without any pauses,

And then allow your breath to flow freely,

As we will take a deep dive into the body,

Guided by a body scan,

Without going into your memory or without seeing with your eyes,

Gently feel the palm of your right hand,

A warm tingling sensation,

A bright white color,

And as you can feel your right hand palm,

See if you can feel your left hand,

Feel the palm of your left hand,

And now see if you can feel both palms together,

Feel the tip of your nose,

Feel the place between your eyebrows,

Feel the space between your upper and your lower eyelid,

Feel the meeting points between the upper and the lower lip,

Feel your heart,

Feel your belly rising and falling,

Feel your legs,

Feel the sole of the right foot,

And feel the sole of the left foot,

Feel the vibrancy of the trillions of cells constituting your body,

Of the trillions of cells constituting your body,

Allow the voice in your mind that is telling this story to gently dissolve,

As you surrender to ultimate relaxation,

As you gaze into the darkness beneath your closed eyes,

Allow your subconscious mind to vividly project a clear picture of the objects that I mention,

Of the objects that I mention,

A bright full moon,

A bright full moon,

A smiling Buddha,

A smiling Buddha,

Clear blue skies,

Clear blue skies,

Endless ocean,

Green fields,

Green fields,

A lonely tree,

A candle burning,

Breath to wander freely,

As you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation,

As you feel how all the muscles are surrendering and letting go,

I wish that you go forth from here in abundance and may you stay blessed by the breath,
