Your thoughts are powerful.

They create energy.

Your words are powerful.

They create energy.

What you think manifests.

What you say manifests in one form or another.

You can create your own life instead of allowing negative thoughts to do so.

Be mindful of your thoughts.

Be mindful of your words.

Mindfulness is power of your inner balance.

Power of your focus and your inner calm which is your strength.

Here,

You will use your power.

You own the power of your thought.

You own the power of your word.

You can listen to this meditation any time of the day.

You can sit,

Lay or even walk while you're listening.

In your mind or out loud,

As you say it,

Feel it deeply in your heart.

Really attach the feeling to the word.

If they repeat themselves,

That's perfectly okay.

With repetition,

You will find new affirmations that are in sync with you in that particular moment.

Only to meet someone or something of significance.

Or maybe you will want to take initiative to be creative.

To help you transform your dreams into reality.
