Continue breathing gently and slowly,
Allowing your breath.

An ancient style of yoga that helps you achieve a state of mind between wakefulness and sleep.
A mental state similar to lucid dreaming,
Also called yogic sleep.
Bring your attention to your right foot.
Your little toe.
Your big toe.
Fourth toe.
Second toe.
Big toe.
Move your awareness to your sole.
The top of your foot.
Your right knee.
Right side of your pelvis.
Right side of your lower torso.
Right side of your upper torso.
Your chest area.
Shift your focus to your right hand.
Your little finger.
Middle finger.
Index finger.
Right thumb.
Move your awareness into your palm.
The top of your hand.
Right wrist.
Continue taking your focus into your lower forearm.
Continue gliding your attention into your right shoulder.
The top of your shoulder.
Right side of your neck.
Focusing on the lower jaw.
Placing your tongue at the roof of your mouth,
Slightly behind your front teeth.
The top of your head.
Continue moving your awareness to the top of your head.
Shift your attention to the left side of your head.
Left side of your neck.
Left shoulder.
Left wrist.
Continue focusing on your left little finger.

Keep going into the left side of your upper torso.
Lower torso.
Left side of your pelvis.
Focus on your left thigh.

Move your attention to your left foot.

Find yourself in a deep,
Lush,
Green forest.
It's summertime and it's comfortably warm.
The sun is bright,
Shining through the tops of the trees that are giving you shade.
The tree leaves are faintly rustling in the summer wind.
Listen carefully.
Become present with the sound.
Emerald green grass is swishing as you're shuffling through.
The birds are chirping,
Echoing through the forest.
You are approaching a spring creek water that is running nearby.
With your inner stillness,
You are sitting down and absorbing the symphony of the delightful nature's sound.
Stay with it.
Listening to every subtle sound.
Taking it all in.
Notice yourself becoming light as a feather,
As if your body is slowly melting down.
Dissolving into a weightless,
Formless essence.
Transforming into a white fog.
Ever so slowly,
You are connecting to this nature that's around.
Becoming one with it.
You are part of this cohesive network,
Grounded firmly.
Stay with this feeling,
Being very present.
Breathing naturally.
Movement.
Stay in this moment.
Be still in this magnetic landscape.

Completely let it go.
Allowing yourself to go deep within.
