She creates immersive experiences that promote deep relaxation, balance, and inner harmony. Sonya has guided diverse groups across the country through sound journeys, offering a space for restoration, self-inquiry, and deep rest. Her work is rooted in the belief that sound is a powerful tool for healing, providing a sanctuary for stillness and self-discovery amidst life’s ups and downs. Sonya's personal journey with sound began in 2016 where she used this practice to help her manage symptoms of compound grief (poor sleep hygiene and unhealthy eating patterns). Since earning her certification in 2019, and through continuing her education in the healing arts, Sonya has grown as a practitioner and is driven by her desire to empower others to expand into their most actualized selves.
