Welcome to today's meditation.
Allow your body to find the most comfortable position for you today.
As we slow down for this moment,
Allow your awareness to move inward.
Let the breath move in its own natural rhythm.
And allow the thoughts that enter your mind to just drift back into the ethers.
And while they may continue to come into your mind.
If you do not engage them and follow them,
They will disperse on their own.
Continue to move your awareness into the body.
And allow each sensation that arises to be a signal for you to let go.
To reconnect with what's inside.
Within each of us,
There is already wholeness.
We are all ready.
One with our soul.
With the Universe.
With everyone and everything around us.
It may appear otherwise.
But contemplate whether it could just be that you've forgotten your wholeness and your oneness with everything.
Experience the energies coming in for you.
As you engage.
With each sensation that arises within.
See.
.
.
Each sensation.
As part of you and part of your whole.
Notice if you can feel the perspective.
Of being the observer noticing a sensation.
Inherently within this perspective,
There is a me looking at that.
And where these two experiences interface or interact,
There's a small boundary.
Almost like a small wall.
Gently notice if you can experience that.
Then slowly guide your awareness into that barrier.
As you do so.
You may notice it changing.
Softening.
And dissolving.
Continue to ease your awareness into it.
And allow whatever sensation that arises to just be what arises.
It needs no direction.
Or instruction from you.
And it's an educational piece to help you learn that you can dissolve the boundaries of separation through pure intention and awareness.
Reconnect.
With the original sensation and just notice if it feels different.
For most people it will have transformed fully,
Or moved into a more airy,
Lighter version of itself,
A more expansive version.
And this is because.
.
.
You're gentle.
Easing of awareness into the boundaries dissolved a wall that made you see the sensation as separate from you.
And so the sensation may have fully transformed but if it hasn't Repeat this process and you may notice that it will eventually fully dissolve as it reintegrates into really being.
One with you.
And your being aware that it is one with you.
Gently allow sensations to transform within you for the next few minutes as you receive energy healing that supports your reintegration into wholeness.
Continue to allow the sensation of reintegration.
To infuse.
Into every moment of your day.
To travel beyond your mind,
Beyond your heart.
Into all of your physical body and beyond that as well.
Notice as you repeat the practice of reintegration,
Whether you start to become aware of the energies of others.
And notice that they are a reflection.
Of a part of you.
Often as we become more whole,
And feel complete within ourselves,
Our ability to extend compassion to others can increase without us feeling like we're giving away any of our power.
Because there is no mine and yours,
Ours and theirs.
There is a mutual sharing of growth and expansion as we work within ourselves because it echoes outward.
Into everything.
