Hi there,

This is Sarah Thank you so much for joining me for this mindfulness meditation for new beginnings as I am recording this we did just embark into the new chapter of 2026 the year 2026 but really a new beginning Can be whatever feels right to you in this moment a new relationship a New attitude a New intention a new awareness whatever it might be And really One of the Ideas that I love most Mindfulness is the idea that every moment Every new moment is an opportunity to start again And so that carries a message of hope Hope for meaningful change Hope for dreams coming true hope for Transforming old patterns welcoming Things that are aligned with what you want to see manifest in your life So if you're ready You haven't already began to settle in I Invite you to find a comfortable position for this practice Whatever that means for you and your body today Settle in turn off any Distractions if you can Enroll your shoulders a couple of times if that feels good Feel your seat bones on the floor Then close your eyes when you're ready Let's take a deep fresh inhale together Right away embracing this idea of Every moment Every new inhalation is an Opportunity to start again is of a rebirth is a new beginning Breathe that in and allow yourself to make the exhalation long In many Buddhist teachings The inhale and the exhale have exactly this Symbolism the inhale is a birth and the exhale is a death and so What are you breathing in what are you Embracing as a new beginning in your life right now Imagine that visualize that And Then every exhale Let something go something that no longer serves you a Limiting belief Resentment Self-doubt self-criticism Imagine breathing that out and letting that go Very good And here we are Exploring this idea That we can begin again No matter how often because simply because Each new moment offers us the opportunity If we are aware of it we are present with it And being mindful Being aware in the here and now is what allows us To then Respond differently to actually change something Using that space between impulse and reaction Because With mindfulness we can use that space in a way We can ask ourselves.

What would I like to do differently?

What would feel more authentic moving forward?

What would feel more aligned with my values as I begin a new chapter And See which images and ideas rise as you invite this question into your awareness Very good Let's just take another moment Sitting in presence Sitting in this Universe of opportunities Embracing the hope Embracing The relief That you can Make this new chapter this new beginning whatever that is in your life right now More aligned more meaningful and more fulfilling for you.

I believe in you.

Do you believe in you?

See what happens if you try And see how that feels in your body I can feel a smile Naturally Happening in my face As I think about The Potential And the joy that comes with intentional living Because what is intentional living at the end of the day if it's not starting over and over again Embracing new chapters with awareness and intention Let's Take another deep breath in And long slow breath out Bring your attention back to the room you're sitting in Slowly begin to move your hands your fingers your toes And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes Thank you so much for practicing with me and I hope you Get to practice with me soon again
