Filling your lungs with air,

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or stress from your body.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

Now bring your attention to your heart center,

Located in the middle of your chest.

Visualize a warm golden light glowing at the center,

Representing gratitude and appreciation.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine this light expanding with each inhale,

Filling your entire body with a sense of gratitude and thankfulness.

Feel this warm energy radiating outwards and hugging you into a cocoon of positivity and joy.

Now think about the blessings and abundance in your life,

Both big and small.

Reflect on the people,

The experiences,

And the moments that bring you happiness and fulfillment.

Allow yourself to bask in the feeling of gratitude for all that you have.

With each exhale,

I want you to release any doubts or negative thoughts,

Making more space for the gratitude to enter your heart.
