To help restore,
Recharge and energize.
Lie down if you can.
If not,
Sit back.
Upright but relaxed.
Let your hands rest easily.
Let your shoulders drop.
Allow your eyes to close.
And your whole body to soften.
Take a deep inhale.
And a slow deep breath out.
And another.
Deep inhale.
And slow,
Deep exhale out.
Feel the weight of your body.
Noticing where you're supported.
Now choose a simple intention for this reset.
Some examples could be.

I am energised.
I am restored and renewed.
I return to my day with energy and clarity.
Repeating your intention three times in the mind.
Now softly let this go.
As you bring your awareness back to your body.
We'll now begin moving our awareness through the body.
Start by becoming aware of the top of the head.
Forehead.
The space between the eyebrows.
Eyes.
Cheeks.
Nice.
Mouth.
Tom.
Softening the jaw.
Throats.
Softening the shoulders.
Upper arms.
Elbows.
Lower arms.
Feel the hands.
The palms.
The fingers.
Fingertips.
Bring awareness to the chest.
The belly.
Alphabet.
Love about.
Bring awareness to the hips.
Thighs.
Knees.
Love,
Alex.
Ankles.
The feeds.
All 10 toes.
Now sense the front of the body.
The back of the body.
Whole right side of the body.
The whole left side of the body.
Outside of the body.
The inside of the body.
Now sense the whole body at the same time.
Front and back.
Left and right.
From head to toe.
Sensing the whole body at the same time.
Your whole body feeling more and more relaxed.
More restored.
Refreshed and awake.
Full of energy.
Full of vitality.
Now bring attention to the breath in the belly.
Feel the inhale arrive.
Feel the exhale release.
Now count the breaths down.
From 6 to 1.
Inhale six.
Exhale six.
Inhale 5.
Exhale 5.
If you lose count,
Return back to six.
Now let the counting fade.
Imagine there's a light above you.
Healing the whole body.
Energizing every cell.
Let it move through the forehead.
Clearing the mind.
Through the throat,
Opening your voice and expression.
Into the chest.
Into the belly.
Down into the hips and legs.
And out through the arms.
Into the hands.
Now take a moment.
To feel all the energy.
You've gathered in your body.
Filling every corner of your body with light.
And vitality.
Feeling your awareness expand.
Your mind feels clear.
Your body feels strong.
You return to the world.
Recharged.
Vibrant.
Re-energised.
Return to your intention now.
Repeating it in your mind.
Take one final inhale.
And exhale completely.
Now begin to transition back.
If you are lying down.
Draw the knees in a little.
And come up slowly.
Bringing movement to the fingers and toes.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Stretching through the arms and legs.
Feeling ready to move through your day with clarity.
Vitality.
And energy.
