If your body feels heavy, overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted, this gentle Christian breathwork session is for you. In this calming practice, we use slow, steady breathing (inhale 4, exhale 6) to signal safety to the nervous system while anchoring in Scripture. You’ll be guided to soften your shoulders, release tension, and place your worries at the feet of Jesus — without striving or forcing peace. This session is especially supportive for: • Nighttime overwhelm • Anxiety and nervous system activation • Emotional fatigue • Grief processing • Resetting after a hard day Featuring Psalm 46 and a focus on stillness, this track is designed to help you regulate your body while remembering that you are not carrying everything alone. You do not have to fight tonight. You are held.

Welcome.

If you're here,

Your body may feel heavy or tired or overwhelmed.

Let's begin by softening the shoulders.

Take a slow breath in through your nose for four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Pause gently.

Now exhale for six.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Again,

Inhale for four.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Pause.

Exhale six.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Longer exhales signal safety to the nervous system.

Psalm 46 says,

Be still and know that I am God.

Stillness is not weakness.

Stillness is trust.

Inhale four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale for six.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

As you breathe,

Imagine placing your worries at the feet of Jesus.

Not fixing them.

Not solving them.

Just placing them down.

Inhale.

Exhale.

You are not carrying this alone.

Even when your thoughts feel loud.

Even when your body feels tired.

Even when grief is present.

God is near to the broken hearted.

Let your jaw unclench.

Let your tongue rest.

Let your shoulders drop.

Inhale.

Exhale.

You do not have to fight tonight.

You do not have to prove strength.

You are held.

Stay here for a few more slow breaths.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Amen.

You did such a good job.
