This is about self-love and easier to fall asleep. Allow these words to wrap around you like a warm embrace, creating a cocoon of acceptance and peace. As thoughts drift by, let them dissolve into the soft space between breaths, where judgment fades and self-compassion blooms. This moment is a gift - an invitation to rediscover the profound love that has always resided within, waiting patiently to be acknowledged and embraced.

Welcome to my deep sleep meditation the moon's lullaby.

Close your eyes and let me guide into your rest.

Feel the day's edge blur as you think deeper,

Like falling into embrace.

Breathe in.

And out slowly and heavy.

That's it.

Surrender to this moment.

I am right here with you.

The moon is rising now,

Spilling silver light over your skin.

Breathe in.

With every exhale,

Your body grows heavier,

Warmer,

Safer.

Imagine the glow wrapping around you,

Like invisible arms,

Tucking every worry into shadows.

Not tonight,

She whispers.

Tonight you rest.

Breathe in moonlight.

Breathe out the day.

Stay cocooned in the quiet.

Let sleep pull you under like a lover's embrace.

The moon glow lingers on your eyelids,

Her whisper promising.

You are worthy of rest.

Drift now,

Cherished one.

Every cell in you is sighing.

Finally,

You are at home.

When you wake up,

The sun will rise for you.

But for now,

Let the moon rock you to sleep.

A lullaby humming in your wake.

Drift away.

Drift away.

Drift away.

Drift away.
