Welcome to my meditation,

An Echo in the Valley.

Your love returns to you.

The best for this meditation is to be in a quiet place,

Where nobody will disturb you for at least the next five minutes.

You will say some self-affirmations,

If this is too much for you,

Saying them aloud,

You can just do it silently in your mind.

Lay down or sit tall,

Slowly close your eyes,

Inhale,

And exhale with a sound,

Aah,

Inhale,

And exhale with a sound,

Aah.

Let all the day behind you.

Free your thoughts.

Just follow your breath for a while without changing it.

Good.

Imagine now your breath as an echo,

Returning to you a reminder.

You are heard.

Let's start our breathing journey.

Breathe in.

I am worthy of being heard.

Breathe out.

I belong.

Breathe in.

I am worthy of being heard.

Breathe out.

I belong.

Breathe in.

I am worthy of being heard.

Breathe out.

I belong.

Continue for a while by yourself.

I am worthy of being heard.

I belong.

No need to control your breath anymore.

Now just say softly to yourself,

I am loved.

Now listen how the valley whispers it back to you.

You are loved.

You are loved.

The valley doesn't silently echoes.

It amplifies them.

Neither should you mute yourself.

I am loved.

You are loved.

You are loved.

You are the voice the world echoes.

Every word of kindness,

Every desire will come back to you.

Breathe in.

I am heard.

Breathe out.

I am answered.

I am heard.

Just embrace the moment.

You can come back slowly.

Wriggle your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes again.

Just notice how you feel now.

Is there any change?

If not,

Be patient with yourself.

Thank you so much for practicing with me today.

Bye for now.
