Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position.

Begin by taking a deep and slow breath in through the nose,

Exhale and relax.

Relax your mind,

Your body and allow your breath to become slower,

To become deeper and feel yourself relaxing more and more with every breath that you take.

Give yourself permission to completely relax.

There is nothing you have to do right now.

It is time to sleep.

Now,

Place all of your attention on your heart.

Feel your heart and breathe into your heart,

All of your focus,

All of your awareness on your beautiful heart.

Stay there.

Now,

Become aware of the center of your head.

Feel the center of your head.

Focus on it.

Place your attention on the center of your head.

Can you place your attention on your heart and the center of your head at the same time?

Feel your heart and the center of your head.

Place all of your attention on your heart and the center of your head at the same time.

Feel it.

Stay there.

It is time to surrender.

Surrender yourself completely,

All the ideas that you have about yourself,

About life,

Your circumstances,

The thoughts that you have,

The feelings you experience.

Allow yourself,

Give yourself permission to surrender it all for just a moment and to just rest in the emptiness,

Your breath slowly flowing in and flowing out of your body,

And allow yourself to just be nothing else.

Be aware of what it is that you want to manifest.

What is it that you want to create?

When you're clear on what it is,

You can start to visualize it.

Bring it up.

See it in your mind's eye.

See yourself living this reality as if it is already done.

Step into your future.

What does it look like?

What are you doing?

See it.

See yourself having what it is that you want to manifest or doing what it is that you want to create.

Live it right now.

Immerse yourself in the vision.

How does it feel to have manifested this?

Bring up those emotions.

Feel the emotions of having already created this in your heart.

You did it.

It is done.

Now,

How does that feel?

Stay there and allow your vision to flow freely.

Live your future now.

It is time to surrender.

Surrender your manifestation to a greater power and know in your heart that it is already done.

Give it away in complete faith and rest,
