Okay,
So today we're gonna do a meditation that is basically a way of calling back our energy of becoming realigned again and centered in our own bodies,
In our own minds,
And just a way to reconnect.
There's so many things,
Calling our attention,
So many people,
Places and things and we just want to take the time now to breathe,
Recenter,
Realign to our own divine purpose,
And then we can flow our energy freely out into the world again from a place of love and connection.
So with all that,
Let's just get set up for a meditation.
So you may want to sit,
You may want to lie down,
You could walk around whatever feels comfortable to you,
And we'll just take a couple of deep breaths into our belly.
Just breathe out the mouth on the exhale,
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale out the mouth and make it audible if you can,
Really gives a deeper sense of releasing anything that doesn't serve you anymore,
Anything that is ready to be released.
We'll do one more,
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale out the mouth.
And then just continue to breathe deep in through the nose and out through the nose.
And then just continue to breathe deep in through the nose and out through the nose.
Just noticing your connection to the ground beneath you,
Whether it is through your sit bones,
Your feet,
Your whole back.
Just see if you can feel the sensations.
Perhaps there's a different temperature,
Could be warmer,
Could be cooler.
What does the surface beneath you feel like?
Is it soft?
Is it rough?
And just seeing if you can relax a little bit more into the ground beneath you.
We tend to often hold tension even when it's not necessary to holding up a posture,
So just notice if there's anywhere that you're holding tension that maybe you could let go a little bit more.
Maybe you could sit up a bit more straight,
Just a little bit more comfortable for this practice.
Now I want you to feel into your heart,
The space in the center of your chest,
The energy center of the heart.
And there could be an amalgamation of emotions,
Sensations here,
Feelings,
Whatever is present is completely okay.
There could be some colors that arise when you consider the center of your heart.
Just feel into whatever is present for you.
You might be able to hear the birds outside my room,
Just allowing whatever sounds are around you to be a part of this symphony of connecting in again.
As we draw our attention back to the center of our hearts,
Feeling any sensations without judgment,
Without trying to change anything,
We may feel sadness,
We may feel grief,
And I invite us to explore what that feels like or what that sensation might be rather than the story.
We're just touching upon whether something feels soft,
Light,
Heavy,
Whether the sensation is tingly,
Hard,
Mellow,
Could be bright,
Cheerful,
Whatever is present in your heart.
We just offer acceptance to that,
Offer acceptance into our day.
And as we breathe,
Start to imagine yourself filling your heart with whatever you need for the day,
Whether it's love,
Peace,
Serenity,
Hope,
Joy,
Anything that comes to mind,
Just imagine yourself filling your heart as you inhale.
And as you exhale,
Just imagine the energy swirling around your heart center,
Filling you with whatever beautiful thing you are needing in your life today.
So I'll use peace as an example,
Inhaling peace into my heart.
And as I exhale,
Peace circulates,
Pumps through the body,
Around the heart center and spreads out to all parts of my body as I inhale.
I inhale peace.
I inhale peace.
And as I exhale,
Peace surrounds my heart center,
Pumps through my body and fills my whole body with peace.
And just you can keep imagining this,
I'll give you a couple of minutes.
And as you do,
Just notice how the body is changing.
If you're starting to feel different sensations,
Maybe you're starting to feel lighter,
More peaceful,
More present.
I inhale peace.
I exhale and peace surrounds and radiates in my body.
I inhale peace.
As I exhale,
Peace radiates and circulates around my body.
Just feeling into this lightness that you've cultivated into your heart center,
That's radiating out from your whole body.
And whatever word you chose or anything that you needed today,
Just noticing if anything has shifted from how you were feeling before.
Not wanting to judge good,
Bad,
But just noticing and allowing whatever has shifted to shift.
May your day be filled with radiance,
Love,
Peace,
Clarity.
May your needs and the needs of those around you be met with grace.

Feeling into your connection to the ground again,
Any sounds that are arising around you.
Perhaps wiggling your fingers and toes and allowing your awareness to return to your day.
Opening your eyes to the lightness of your day.

Opening your eyes when you feel ready.
