This is going to be a quick affirmations for when we're feeling stuck,
Perhaps when there's a lot of change going on and it just feels a little overwhelming.
Just these gentle reminders to help us stay on track with our life and being connected to ourselves as well as our environment.
So I invite you to take a deep breath wherever you are.
You can be standing,
Sitting,
However you are.
And as you exhale,
Just blow out your mouth almost,
Blowing out anything that doesn't need to be here at the moment as we practice these affirmations for change,
For feeling stuck.
Just a few deep breaths,
Inhaling and exhaling out the mouth,
Blowing.
And I invite you to close your eyes if that's available to you and I will read the affirmation and then you are welcome to read it out loud to yourself or just in your head or let the affirmation just load through your mind,
Body and spirit.
Okay.
Life is moving and adapting all the time and I flow with change.
I am open to surprising myself and others.
My feelings are indicators and communicators for me to listen and respond.
I am safe,
Seen,
Heard and loved beyond measure.
Beyond measure.
I am always divinely connected,
Divinely guided and I'm always surrounded by love.
And I just want you to take a big inhale again and exhale,
Allowing this short little practice to sink into your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit.
Sending gratitude for taking this time just to rewire the brain,
Rewire the thought patterns and whatever you are going through in your life right now.
I pray,
