Welcome to this sacred moment in time.

Please allow yourself to experience comfort physically.

What could you do in this moment to become a little more at ease?

These meaningful readjustments in our seats or perhaps laying down on the floor,

A piece of furniture.

Allow yourself to be held,

Sweeping a deep breath in through the nose,

Noticing expansion through the body and then a big sigh out the mouth.

Can you feel the weight of your physical body sinking down into that support beneath you?

Again,

Sweeping deep breath in through the nose.

Noticing expansion,

The front side,

The back side,

The left side,

The right side,

And again just sigh it out,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Tune into the feeling of that breath moving in through the nose,

Moving out through the mouth.

Tune into the feeling,

Expansion on the inhalation,

Softening on the exhalation.

Tune into the feeling of life moving through you,

The feeling of life on the breath in and the feeling of life on the breath out.

Tune in to the feeling within.

How do you really feel right now?

How would you like to feel?

Breathing life force in through the nose as if you were breathing that heartfelt desire into your body and then trusting on the exhalation that it's aligning and moving into your experience.

Breathing.

Now I'm breathing in.

Now I'm breathing out.

How do you desire to feel?

Breathe it in.

Allowing that feeling to merge with you,

Aligning,

Affirming,

Trusting as you breathe out.

Saying thanks.
