This is a short meditative affirmation session helps to hit home the importance of taking responsibility for our emotions. These affirmations are reminders and "mental markers" to help us deal with our emotions effectively. It's not easy! I know this from experience. However, as you grow older and mature, you start to appreciate all the hard work you put in dealing with yourself when you were younger. It really pays off when you can feel your life force staying with you instead of evaporating like steam because you are caught in a "trigger loop".
