Good morning.
Come to a comfortable seated position either on a chair,
On the floor,
Or on a cushion.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale out through the mouth.
Again,
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
And slowly take your shoulders and roll them forward,
Up,
And down the back.
And again,
Deep breath in,
Exhale out.
Bellies are in,
Shoulders are back,
Chest is slightly reaching up towards the ceiling,
And chin is slightly tucked down.
Again,
Today we are going to program your day to feel secure in yourself.
The best way to feel secure in yourself is deciding that no matter what happens today,
You are going to still believe in yourself and trust in yourself.
Every time you don't get a reaction that you want from someone,
Or get a reaction from someone,
Positive or negative,
Come back and just know that you're the same person.
Trust in yourself.
Feel security in yourself.
Every time you see you're judging or starting to feel insecure because of another,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it,
And then exhale out.
And then remind yourself,
You're more than enough.
The second thing today I'd like to invite you to do is to choose a word that represents what you want to feel today.
Today I want to feel joy.
And all the decisions I make throughout the day are going to be,
Will this decision bring me closer to joy or away from it?
Take a moment,
Select your word,
See it in your mind.
You can write it on a piece of paper and carry it with you.
Just visualize how that makes you feel when you see and say this word.
Joy makes the corners of my mouth go up.
It makes me smile.
I feel safe when I think about joy.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale out.
Again,
Deep breath in,
Exhale out.
And then for the next minute,
I'm going to have you just sit in quiet.

And then just sit in silence.
And every time your mind wanders,
Return to your breath,
Return to your word,
And remind yourself to trust yourself.
And know that you can be secure in yourself,
No matter what's happening around you.
