Welcome to the Reiki Parlor! This meditation will encourage you to feel all your feels! Once seated comfortably, I guide you through a beautiful visualization using the Violet Flame to cleanse and transform your emotions and returning you back to a state of peace and joy. The more often you dissipate strong emotions as they occur, the less reactive you become. Harmony will be your dominate state.

Welcome to the Reiki Parlor.

Come to a seated,

Comfortable position.

Roll your shoulders forward,

Up and back.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale out.

Again,

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale out.

And this meditation is to encourage you to feel all your feelings.

Feel all your feels.

Whatever your emotion that's dominant today that brought you to the mat,

Think about that word.

Just think about it.

Where do you feel the emotion when you say this particular word?

Say it's rejection,

For example.

I feel rejection in my throat.

I feel it in my heart.

And I feel it in my stomach.

Deep breath in.

Exhale out.

As you're saying your word and identifying where it's being held energetically in your body,

Don't hold on to it.

Don't try to think about why you feel that way.

Don't go through the he said,

She said,

We said.

Just acknowledge that in this moment,

I feel and put your word there.

Deep breath in.

Exhale out.

One more inhale.

Exhale out.

And now that you've identified your word,

Your feeling that you're feeling today,

Visualize a purple swirl of energy,

A violent flame of reiki energy.

And breathe it in through your nose.

And as it goes up and down your throat,

See it swirling,

Making nice swirls in the part of the body that you were feeling the energetic pull to.

So for me,

If I think about feeling rejected,

I breathe that violent flame in my throat first and I see the swirl of purple energy just dissipate the emotion.

And then I breathe in again and I move it further down into my heart.

And I see the violet flame,

That purple,

Beautiful healing light swirling around my heart.

And every breath,

Just bring it down each chakra to each area of your body that you're holding energy around that word.

And then when you go all the way down to the toes,

Once again,

Just sit comfortably breathing in through the nose out through the mouth and for the next minute or so just allow that energy to dissipate while you breathe in and breathe out.

And if you see a word and you start creating the story around it no judgment,

Be kind to yourself and just start the violent flame process all over again.

See that purple energy and bring it into the nose and run it all through your body.

Or you can bring it in through the top of your head and run it down your body and back up.

It's important to feel all your feelings.

Feel them in the moment so that a week from now when you react to someone you're really reacting to the first time you felt that word rejected,

Anger,

Or whatever it is.

So when you feel,

Really feel and sit with that feeling and emotion you dissipate the energy,

You calm your nervous system and you reassure yourself that you are okay,

You're enough you allow peace to run through your body the next time you encounter something that may be triggering you'll react different.

And if you act strongly and you sit down and meditate and recalibrate your body,

It will go away quicker.

Feel all your feels.
