Certified Sound Therapist | Yoga Nidra Instructor | Composer Lucy's journey into sound and mindfulness began in 2020 during an online Kundalini yoga class. Balancing the demands of motherhood and stepping back from her career as a songwriter and music producer, she experienced a loss of identity and creative purpose. The class provided a much-needed moment of relief and ignited her interest in meditation, as well as the power of the voice and breath for relaxation and wellbeing. Over the following four years, Lucy deepened her practice, studying yoga nidra, sound therapy, and mindfulness techniques. She now works closely with clients, combining these disciplines to create guided meditations enriched with vocal soundscapes, specifically designed to calm the mind, disrupt negative thought patterns, harness the power of rest and foster emotional resilience. Her mission is to empower others with practical tools for relaxation and self-care, to be used anywhere, anytime.
