I invite you to hum along with me or simply listen if that feels right for you today.
This practice can help calm the nervous system,
Ease anxiety and welcome deep relaxation.
It doesn't matter if you hum in tune or not,
It's about what feels comfortable and what makes you feel good.
Before we begin,
Let's take a couple of breaths.
First,
Exhale all your air.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
An extra sniff in.
And exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Deep breath in through the nose.
Extra sniff.
Exhale through the mouth.
Next time round,
We will hum.
