Welcome to the Art of Healing meditation series.
Today we are going to just experience a sense of calm,
A sense of peace,
A chance to rest,
Relax and unwind.
Just to let yourself drift into a sea of bliss,
A space of calm,
A place of peace and a wonderful relaxed smile.
Breathe in all the calm,
All the peace,
All the joy and relax.
Allow yourself to drift slowly across a gentle sea of calm.
As you breathe in,
Take your time and as you breathe out,
Extend that time.
Breathe in and breathe out,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Allow for your jaw to feel relaxed,
Allow for your mind to calm,
Allow for your muscles to release,
Relax and unwind.
Feel your feet on the floor or as you lie on the bed,
Just relaxing with yourself,
Drifting slowly and gently into a space of calm,
Space of peace.
Allow yourself to feel protected,
Settled,
Balanced and calm and to carry this sense of calm and peace with you wherever you may go.
