Giving With An Open Heart

Opening your heart to giving freely, with no judgement. We are rewarded with love. Often we expect the other to return something to us, instead of giving with an open heart. Be kind, be curious and allow the love to flow.

Today's meditation. It's ungiving. So if you want to take a nice deep breath. Right down to the base of your spine. Just continue to breathe. Slowly. And deeply. In through the nose and out through the nose. To give freely. Without any expectation of return. Is the best position to be. To open your heart. With love. What does the divine want for me? How would they like me to give? We are all here. A servant. And we are supported. In our service. Through love. And as we are sit here today. We can connect. With that love There are many people in this world. That need our love and support. No matter what you'll give. You are free to share it. Enough. As you continue to share. You continue to receive. Be of service. And when you are ready. Take a nice deep breath. And open your eyes. Namaste. Have a beautiful day.
