This meditation will allow you to understand the immense power that gratitude embodies.

It's not simply about gratitude expressed during a particular or one-time event,

But a powerful feeling that you can use at any moment.

Expressing thanks and vibrating with gratitude can significantly and lastingly transform your existence.

If something can essentially improve the quality of your life,

It's definitely a regular and committed practice of gratitude.

Why can a simple thank you bring so many benefits to your life?

First,

Feeling gratitude can instantly change your thoughts,

Shift your mood from negative to positive.

You can combat depression,

Stress,

Anxiety simply by cultivating gratitude.

Feeling gratitude allows you to significantly modify the neural structures of your brain.

Secondly,

Feeling gratitude for something allows you to attract more of that choice into your life.

The more gratitude you express for the things you wish to receive,

The more they will manifest in your life again and again.

As you surely know,

We become what we think about most.

The more gratitude we have for these small things we already have in our lives,

The more wonders we attract into our existence.

Gratitude and abundance are intimately connected.

Expressing gratitude sends an instant request to the universe,

To the matrix,

To fulfill your wishes.

Here's a kind of secret about gratitude.

The more gratitude you feel for something you don't yet have,

By imagining and feeling this thing as if you already had it,

The more this choice will manifest in your life.

The essential thing is to connect to this feeling while visualizing what you wish for.

By repeating this operation,

You attract to yourself what you don't yet have.

Simply saying thank you for this thing that you imagine already having is enough to make it appear in your reality.

This meditation is followed by positive affirmations that you can listen to during your sleep.

This has two objectives.

First,

To fall asleep in calm and serenity with a deep feeling of gratitude.

Second,

The positive affirmations you'll hear during your sleep will impregnate your unconscious,

Allowing gratitude to diffuse within you and act deeply to attract what you love most.

During the day,

Express your gratitude as often as possible with full awareness.

Take the time to connect with your deepest desires.

Don't be afraid to dream big.

By regularly listening to this recording,

You'll wake up increasingly joyful,

Light,

Happy,

Positive,

And energetic.

Make it a habit,

A ritual,

And a reference point in your life.

I can't explain concretely how it works,

But experience it for yourself and you'll notice major changes in your life.

Now,

Make yourself comfortable as you usually do to fall asleep.

Relax your body.

Close your eyes.

Now,

No need to think about anything.

No need to worry about anything.

Simply relax.

Your body is more and more relaxed.

You feel more and more comfortable.

Take another deep breath.

Let thoughts leave your mind.

Realize now and in this moment that your past and future thoughts are useless.

If they cling on,

It doesn't matter.

Let them drift away.

Simply focus your attention on my voice.

Be aware of how relaxed you are at this moment.

Now,

Take another slow breath.

Relax all the muscles in your face.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your neck.

Your forearms.

And finally,

Your hands.

Focus your attention on your thighs.

Relax your knees.

Become aware of your calves.

The points of contact with your bed.

Become aware of your feet all the way to the tips of your toes.

Focus your attention on your rib cage,

Which is calmly relaxing.

Release your belly.

Free your back from all these tensions.

Become aware of your spine,

Which is progressively relaxing at your own pace.

Release your lower back.

The back of your shoulders.

And now,

Let your entire body surrender to its own weight.

Your body is perfectly relaxed and released.

You completely surrender to the comfort of total relaxation.

Let yourself go deeper and deeper into this relaxation.

You can now perceive on your inner screen,

A path running alongside a small,

Clear,

Open,

Peaceful,

And comforting stream.

You walk along this small stream.

Savor this moment of calm and quietude.

You perceive at the end of this small path,

A door on which is inscribed in golden letters,

Past.

The moment you open this door,

You feel that you are opening the door to your mind,

Your unconscious.

You can see all the beautiful things for which you have gratitude.

All those wonderful moments of your past life that you can thank.

Simple little things.

Your most intense experiences.

Feel the gratitude you can have for these wonderful moments and the richness of these extraordinary instances.

Be grateful for these wonderful moments that have been offered to you.

For these magnificent people with whom you have shared so much.

And if you see some more negative,

More painful things,

That's okay,

Because these experiences have also made you who you are today.

Paired for a better present and a better future.

You can feel gratitude for that as well.

Now you close the door to the past and resume a peaceful walk along the stream until you encounter a second door.

A door on which is inscribed in golden letters,

Present.

By opening this door,

You connect to your current life,

To your present.

Observe all the magnificent things you have in your life right now.

All these wonderful people and relationships.

Look for all the aspects for which you could have gratitude.

You see how your life is truly luminous with these things,

The people and experiences that are in your life now.

Simply feel this magnificent feeling of gratitude.

You close the door to the present and continue walking along the stream.

You feel more and more relaxed until you encounter a third door.

A door on which is inscribed in golden letters,

Future.

By opening this door,

You dive into your future.

You feel that a door has opened in your mind,

In the depths of your unconscious.

What you see through this door is you in the future.

Now you see how wonderful your life is in this future.

For what future could you be in gratitude?

Look at what an extraordinary life you have.

The miraculous relationships you maintain.

The pleasures offered to you.

And the infinite abundance you enjoy.

Observe and feel how happy you are in the future.

Observe and feel how you make others happy in this future.

Feel the pleasure you have of being in good health in your future.

Take the time you need to feel this completeness and joy.

And give thanks for this happiness.

Give thanks for all these magnificent gifts.

Be grateful for this abundance.

Now close the door to the future and slowly return to the path along the stream.

Now let your body sink deeper into relaxation.

Relax each muscle,

Each fiber of your body,

And feel this relaxation extend from your head to your feet.

You are preparing for a restful and deep sleep.
