We go through moments and chapters of calm and ease and then equally we have times of trouble and turbulence.

Life is turbulent but your mind doesn't have to be.
Let the waves crash against your shores,
Slip through the cracks,
And wash over your back.
You'll still be here when the tides turn.
Do not resist the churning waters that beat against your walls.
Let them pass through you,
Under you,
And past you.
Your mind is an open door.
Let it all in,
Let it all out.
You don't need to control the chaos.
You just need to outlast it,
To weather the storm.
You'll still be here when the tides turn.
Ride the wave.
Tomorrow is another day.

This too shall pass.
Peace is not the brief moment between hardships.
Peace is acceptance.
The chaos visits,
