The purpose of this meditation is to create mindful moments during daily life.

Sit quietly and imagine your typical day.

You can't be mindful every moment.

That's not realistic.

But you can create mindful pauses.

Choose triggers every time you check your phone.

Take one mindful breath first.

Every time you walk through a doorway,

Notice the sensation of walking.

Every time you sit down,

Feel your body making contact with a chair.

Every time you hear a bird,

Pause and really listen.

These tiny moments of mindfulness add up.

They interrupt autopilot.

They remind you that you're alive,

Here,

Now.

You're not trying to be mindful all day.

You're creating islands of presence in a sea of activity.

Start with just one trigger and practice it consistently.
